Is bostadshub.se Legit?

Very little traffic on the website. Tried to create an ad for my house, but all features related to the premium account are related to applying tenants. Tried to close the premium account but now they charged me 299 kr because the trial period (3 days) expired. My ad has not even been published since it's still "under approval". Don't pay money for crappy websites like this. The e-mail "info-at_bostadshub.se" is not even working.Edit 2023-08-08:They have now confirmed that they are not charging me 299 kr. It should be made clearer that it's free for landlords to put up their house on the website. However, still after 3 weeks my listing has still not been approved

Such a betraying and scammy webplatform which promises you an apartment but connects you to the same companies that you might be already member of/have a queue. They charge quite heavy amount every month 299sek which is ridiculous. They say access to 184857 appartments? Such a ridiculous scam! They connect you to the same queue system. I paid 9sek and after few days they deducted 200sek from my account. I immediately contacted customer service that I don't want it but they said we can not refund you. Be careful!

You think you're spending 9kr for three days use, but they will later charge you for 299 kr per month without sending even ONE email for registration, activation or receipt of monthly payment. Yes, the 299 kr per month is stated in the Service Agreement and written in fine print in the purchasing form, but it's clear that they hope you will not notice it and the forget about it.

First, They say pay 9SEK for three days membership and without asking for your opinion officially by email or something they extend your account for another month for 299SEK and if you ask why they say it is your problem we said this in terms and condition part and you accepted! The only place that they know people wont read! And it is not the worst part about this website ! Most of the houses do not exist!! I insist this again the houses do not exist and the rent advertisements belong to many years back!!!Just it is like throwing your money away

Thieves abd a scam. They show announcement from blocket and other housing companies which you can easily access without having to pay for it. Bostadshub has no contact what so ever with landlords, even though all of their annoucements are copied from other sites, still most of their announcements are outdated. Now how do they rob you...when you pay 9kr for 3 days then they charge you 299kr every month and you wont even realize it until you check your bank account. I paid for two months before i realized that i was being robbed every month. Do not trust bostadshub, it is a scam unless you love to give your money away to thieves.

Dont make payment think before making payment twice, thriceI will explain the process of this bostadhub, bostadshub.se website.First, when you search the houses and select any of home, there is an option "View contact information",To get Contact information need to pay 9SEK for first three days after three days automatically 230SEK will be deducted until you cancel the subscription (You need to wait for 24hrs to cancel the subscription).if you forget to unsubscribe you need to pay 230SEKAfter paying the amount You may assume it will be Phone number or email of the owner, but "NOT GUARANTEED" there will be an External link which will redirect to different websites like Studentlya, beresident,homeq etc...When you redirect some of the links are not genuine and some links like HomeQ where you need to register yourself and wait in Queue.Be careful while making the payment, even if you paid 9SEK, cancel the subscription within 24hrs otherwise you end up paying 230sek every month.

They have been charging 299kr from my account from the past 10 months and obviously without my knowledge. I simply only logged on their webpage ONCE, because if you don't put your information you cant see their adds. So that was enough to have 3.000kr taken from my account. It's a trap! (as you can see they are aware of that, since they only choose the 5 stars ratings here to be answered and totally ignore the claims)

I found a place to live in Lund within 30 days of moving here by messaging adds from Bostad Hub's daily email. Great time saving service.

I was very satisfied with the customer care. I had issues with payment and Mette took care of the matter without hesitation and made the refund.

I went on Bostadshub to look for contact details to an existing listing, the website clearly states that you can use the site for 3 days for 9kr. But fails to mention that if you don't cancel your subscription (also not possible in the web dashboard, the ask you 3 times to cancel the subscription and on the 3rd try they have non-functional javascript code that blocks the unsubscribe from happening). They are not following GDPR rules, and they are genuinely robbing people of their money. A while ago it was 349kr a month, now they changed that to 299kr a month. This is an absolute scam website. Don't use it, they only scrape data from public open sources, and hide contact details and make you pay for that, and then make it impossible for you to cancel the subscription. I've filed charges with ARN and will file a police complaint if they are not giving me my money back and remove the malicious code from their website and start following GDPR rules.Update: Bostadshub is claiming they have tried to contact me, this is a lie, they have not answered half of my questions in the email correspondence we've had. And when I told them I'd go to ARN and report them to Stripe Anti-Fraud division, they simply did not care to respond. This is a scam company ran by a parent company, that operating a dussen+ of these websites. I'm in the process of getting public scrutiny through journalism to look into the way these businesses are run. I'm hoping this will shine a light on how easy it is for scammers to operate these days. I'll continue to update this review with links and sources for all my claims.

Found a new apartment and when i wanted to cancell my subsription i got fantastic service from Elin!
