They base the complaint on the vendor and not customer - told me the vendor said this so we closed the complaint (WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW) BookMyShow, you've sunk to a new low! Your platform may offer convenience, but your customer service is an unmitigated disaster. I've had the misfortune of experiencing it firsthand.After a failed transaction, I tried to reach out to your team multiple times. Guess what? Radio silence! No response, no resolution, no nothing. It's like you're deliberately ignoring customers.Your complaint handling process is a joke. No one follows up, no one cares. It's like shouting into a void. I've lost count of the number of times I've tried to get assistance, only to be met with deafening silence.

Nowadays, if we use a buy one get one offer, the booking fails, and it takes 4-7 days to get a refund. In the meantime, we lose the offer. It's a very pathetic game BookMyShow is playing. Even as a superstar user, I didn't get any response to my support message in 2 hours, even though they claim to provide priority support and resolve all issues within 1 hour.

The OFFERS they show on BookMyShow is all scam. book 2 tickets 100rs off or anything. They naver actually proceed with any offer at the time of payment. You have toeaxtly pay the full amount shown + GST. Guys, please be clear and concise with offers just scamming users into thinking that they're doing something wrong or what that they are not being able to avail any offers.

I dont have much choice, i book here. The service wise it is extremely good. The website works flawless. I always use this but when we are more than few then am a bit conscious of their convinience charge, I dont understand how their effort of booking increases with no of tickets? Paying ₹50+ for every ticket is a bit too much of convienience.

Cheating at the time of ticket booking. On seat availability screen it was showing 320 and when I went to payment page, it shows 340. I went back to check on booking page again and it shows 320 again. Customer care guy (Maruf) told in a recorded manner that it's dynamic pricing without clarifying that if dynamic pricing works than why booking page was still showing 320. It's blatant cheating on a busy day.

I bought 4 tickets for the Moha Bagan Kolkata football match derby v East Bengal. I received an online booking confirmation and QR code. 2 days prior to match I had not received info about how to collect my physical tickets. I got through to customer service whi told me I can collect from the stadium up to 20 mins before. We arrived at stadium 2 hours before to collect tickets to be told that the ticket office was closed and had been shut 4 hours ago! Tickets could not be used and bookmyshow have refused a refund. Will not be using this company again!

I wanted to watch a regional movie with some of my relatives. Since I wanted to know if the movie had subtitles (my relatives cannot understand this particular language)I called bookmyshow customer care(with a hold time of around 30mins). The staff told me there are no subtitles to the particular movie. When I went to the theatre alone I got to see that there were subtitles to the movie. I was misled by bookmyshow staff. My relatives who wanted to watch the movie missed it because of the false information from the staff. I expected better quality of service from such a reputed company.

Most of the time payment gateway fails! Money gets stuck for 2-3 days(if credit card), 15-20 days (for debit card) & for any other wallets (congratulations), your money probably is not coming back! Actually in weekends the number of users is excessively high which they can't handle. They need to the improve the website when it comes to load distribution or payment gateway! I really wonder why they charge extra apart from movie ticket prices, where service is so poor!

We have booked a show for jokoy in dubai, UAE that supposed to take place last may 2022. However due to unfortunate event the show was cancelled and their team informed by email for refund. “BMS need money but do not care about safety”
I have been purchasing tickets from BMS for many years, but I was not aware that they are not sensitive enough to safety and security concerns. As usual, I booked the ticket for a movie, and there is tension in Gurgaon, and Section 144 has been imposed. Companies are getting shut down so that people can reach home safely. I request that BMS CC cancel or modify the date of the show. So I got a reply that we haven't received any news from multiplexes. And I should talk to Multiplex directly. If I have to do this, then I will buy from their app directly. Why do I need your app? There is news all around about the situation, but these people don't care about safety. For money, these people can risk your life. I'm not sure why you're charging for convenience when you don't care about your customer.
