Is bond-touch.com Legit?

Picked a terrible delivery partner for Australia, DAI post, if you pick a delivery partner it should be on the company to chase their doggy work and tactics not the customer. DAI post have totally not done there job and are now not responding to me

HiI have written a couple of times and also used your chatbox to ask questions and request to speak to an agent before purchasing your bracelets but there is no answer. It makes me nervous to purchase your bracelet in case I have a query after the purchase because no one answers from your team

Love the Bond heart, but have a little difficulty switching heartbeats. Used the ChatBot and it wasn't too helpful as I following the directions exactly. Would be nice to speak to a person.

This is a great way to stay connected with your partner, regardless of distance. My partner works long hours (medical), so I don’t get to see her as often as I’d like. With our bracelets, I’m able to let her know I’m thinking of her. It’s so sweet to receive a subtle vibration letting me know she’s also thinking of me. It feels so much more intimate than a text. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t see their partner as often as they’d like to, regardless of distance.

Me and my partner love being able to stay and literally feel connected at all times. We work opposite schedules and it's been great feeling like we can send love at any moment. We even do it sometimes when we are together in social settings and in separate rooms of the house. And even right next to each other just to make the other smile.

I had received the bracelets within a week after ordering and I shipped one set to my boyfriend overseas as a Christmas present. We just paired it today and it's wonderful, however It feels like the distance really does matter because sometimes we don't receive our touches and/or it's delayed. We're about 10,000 kilometres apart from each other.

It does it's thing. Though it is only active if you have the app ON, an internet connection and your phone close in your pocket at all times. You will not be able to connect your phone to anything else via bluetooth. Would not recommend if you are into tech and uses bluetooth for other things in daily life as well. The waterproof feature feels unessecary as we do not bring our phones with us to humid places such as when having a shower or while swimming. Thereof, another reason for where it disconnects if the phone is not nearby again.We like the concept however and the size is small and good.

I wanted to love my bond heart necklace. I kind of do, but my family is not receiving my heart beat requests. I have emailed customer service 3 separate times with no response to any of them. Terrible customer service in my opinion. If they are backed up they could at least have an automatic response email stating this.

My mother gifted my husband and I bond touch bands at our wedding knowing we would spend more time physically apart than most couples due to the nature of work. It was truly one of the best parts of that wonderful day. Five years later we are still keeping in touch through a communication system that is as unique as our love. When time nor distance allows us to be together, we take comfort in knowing we are just a "touch" away!

honestly, my favourite invention ever. its allowed me and my boyfriend to stay in contact much easier and is making the move to university and the move apart a lot cleaner. i'm even looking into a second for my mum when i go <3only issue is the sensitivity can be quite low which can make it difficult to wake the bracelet.

I’m loving these devices. They are very well designed and looks very robust. Make them work is very easy . The only problem is that with android devices It keeps disconnecting even having allowed the phone to keep the bond app always running . It’s quite annoying as It happens several times per day.

Barely any communication when needing a refund. Expect wait times that can last for days, and be prepared to send multiple emails and messages for a response that won’t give you a solution. Really disappointed because I didn’t expect this to be such a lengthy process, would be so much easier if there was just an option to cancel on a user dashboard or something…

The company responds well, what makes the bond touch great is if you're at work and you can't text/call each other. We're not in a long-distance relationship, but we're constantly texting each other back n forth. And now we don't have to worry about getting any say about how often we would be on our phones. I would recommend these bracelets to anyone who have true/real/deep connection. It's also just fun to play with at times.

Update: changed it from three stars to one star since their policy for dealing with a non-five star review is to flag it as false. I provided my order number, so it will soon be verified. Shame on them and not a professional way at all to deal with not positive feedback even though my initial review wasn't even very negative.Original review: The bond touch itself is a fun product although there are regular connectivity issues. Unfortunately the eco band I purchased is already showing a lot of signs of wear after just one month of usage, a real shame.

Wow! What a fantastic company. I preorded and received the bond touch more for me and my parter there just fantastic! The new design is so sleek and comfortable! However my partners bracelet had an issued so I spoke to bond and they were absolutely fantastic! They responded quickly provided helpful solutions and when those didn't work replaced a the faulty device. I cannot recommend not only their product but their positive team too. I've been familiar with this company for a few years now, starting when they only had the Bond Touch (Basic) bracelet, and their product is truly exceptional. I absolutely love it and have come to admire the outstanding customer support this brand offers. The team is consistently friendly and ready to help whenever needed.
