For the occasion of my Daughter's 15th Wedding Anniversary, I had a custom BobbleHead created of her Husband (my Som-in-Law), based on 4 somewhat low-resolution photos (front,back,sides). I also added: glasses, holding a cell phone, matching his clothes (checkered shirt, blue jeans). With four reviews, the final was dispatched ON TIME!! I intend to have another made for Son-on-Law #2!!!

We thought we were ahead of the game when we ordered a Bobblehead for our Mum for Chirstmas in Oct of last year, 2013; after many back and forths with the company, during which they failed to respond to our emails and phone calls on more than a dozen occasions, we received it over five months later (April 7th, 2014). Do not order from this company.

I had two bobble heads created. One was a retiring friend and the artist nailed it! There was a slight communication problem wherein the second subject - a dog - was actually placed alongside the human subject. This was soon corrected and the dog was completed. The animal was not as good as the head was a bit large but that's not so bad nor uncommon in these dolls. The coloring on the animal was near perfect. Good communications with progress photos along the way . I would do it again if the situation arises.

Having never done this, we were somewhat unsure how to progress, but following the instructions worked easily We bought a Bobblehead for a friend's birthday. We wanted to give something he was unlikely to get from someone else. I am pleased to say that it turned out very nicely. We personalized it by using a college logo and golf club. Looking back, I would have sent both a facial and a profile photo, but It is unbelievable how much it looks like him.

I ordered a bobblehead (doctor, white lab coat, stethoscope around the neck) for a medical school graduation gift. My bobblehead was completed very efficiently. I requested slight changes during both of the proof review processes. The changes were completed quickly (36 hrs) and new proofs were sent to me. I received my bobblehead two days after sending my final approval. It arrived looking great! I couldn't be more pleased with this gift.

We had to approved the head without be painted,so how can we approve something that we can't see that look like us,the artist that made our heads made somebody else,i spent around $400 to make 2 bobble heads for our wedding cake,we can't even use it,it doesn't look like us,we told them about the problem and they just didn't care,all about their money and no customer satisfaction....AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Fantastic job of producing a product that I am totally happy with. There were a few bugs during the process but all of my concerns and changes were made to my complete satisfaction. Terrible. Looks nothing like the picture. I paid for fastest possible sculpting and timeframes were not even close to being met. When I queried the timeframe and what I paid extra for, they asked me to be sympathetic because they were busy. They offered to refund half of what I paid for expedited sculpting even though it wasn’t done faster at all. Then they didn’t refund me. Disappointed in what arrived. The only thing that bears a resemblance to the person is the clothing on the doll. I feel like they took a standard head from something else with hair and eye colours that were close enough and stuck it on the body

Bobblemaker is really above the rest when it comes to quality and amazing details in making bobble head dolls. I truly believe out of 4 different dolls I ordered from other companies, this one is the best. I received proofs during the process and the doll arrived sooner than I expected. I read the review that this other person wrote and really would imagine they used another company because bobblemaker has been amazing in every way. Although, I did my homework on reviews and by far they have the most out there on bobbleheads, so many good words, it would not surprise me to have a couple of bad apples... But not this guy!!

If you send them photos that look exactly as you want the doll to look they often but not always do a good job of sculpting. Their customer service is dreadful. I don't recommend them at all. I've ordered many times. I've received bad and well-crafted dolls. This year's doll had the 2nd worst communication I've experienced. In the end, after emailing four times and leaving a review, they did get me my completed proof. I approved the proof and got my doll quickly. It looks great. I recommend finding another gift rather than trying to buy a bobble from them.

I was very much surprised with the professionalism during each step in the process of making our "Bobble Head". Sales person did not attempt to "up sell". Artists sent 3 different proofs, and the product was delivered in roughly 1/2 the estimated time. VERY pleased.

Wonderful representation of my parents. The workmanship and quality was better than expected. I highly recommend this company as they are very responsive to my questions and the process provided proofs along the way.I did have to ask for a change on my dads doll head but they made it with no issues. Ordered two Bobbleheads - both female, one a drummer and one a bass player. Only had only male bodies for these, so I put in the notes that these were female and to call me before the order - no email or call so I thought it'd be fine. After two weeks of back and forth on changes to the heads, they let me know the heads were going on male bodies - and that I needed to pay more for a full custom body. Because I was out of time, I paid up and approved whatever they sent me - now, I need these in three days and still have only received one. (Even though they are telling me they sent both in the same, small, thin package that could just barely fit one) - Luckily, there's a phone number that just rings long enough for you to leave as many unanswered messages as you'd likeGo with someone else
