Too many hidden costs, at first you have the impression that this ships from Naples, Italy as it says "handmade in naples all over their website." Next, in all their items it states "tax included" which implies that you pay the tax during your purchase, the only tax I was expected to pay was the vat for the shipping cost, as it is stated on their website, but that was not the case! I was asked to pay 180€ for vat, customs and customs handling by DHL Greece! That is a lot of money for a 130$ item +70$ shipping

Two stones came broken. Followed the instructions, they shipped out another immediately. Frustrating but hassle free. Everything was handled beyond my expectations. Great looking stone, worth the wait. Thank You Biscotto Stones.

Easy to find stone for my Karu 16 oven through website. It was good timing since they also listed % off code right on their site before year end. Shipping was decent coming out of Norway all the way to Wisconsin in about a week over holiday season. Product seems to be great handmade quality and easy process to final cure it in pizza oven.

The stone arrived pretty quickly and is definitely hand made. I did my first cook on it after following the seasoning process in the instructions and it is amazing. Perfect Neapolitan pizza!! My old stone used to get too hot and burn the underside.

Unfortunately my first stone arrived cracked in half. Tom took care of sending out a new one and it arrived in perfect condition. It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with a company that was as super responsive and positive when I had a problem with a delivery. Thank you Tom!!

From start to finish the interaction with this company has been great. Shipping was quicker than expected to NY. Unfortunately the stone was broken on arrival. I sent an email within 10 minutes I received tracking on the replacement stone. Amazing customer service.The second stone showed up just as fast. (Two days) The second plate was in mint condition. Placed it in the oven and burnt it in as directed. I couldn’t be happier. If you want a better cooked pizza make sure to order one.

The stones works, arrived acceptable quickly in Ireland. For some reason they were shipped from Norway so a custom of almost 60 eur hidden charge was applied.

I'm in the market to get a large domed oven. One of the things I've learned is that the floors can wear out over time.Stones from Biscotto Stones International are made from the same material I understand that is used in some of the best ovens in Italy and around the world.I can testify that the Biscotto Stone in the Ooni Koda here in Maryland is still going strong even after what I estimate are hundreds of hours of use. That is, around two hundred plus hours with the flame on in the oven.I use this outdoor oven in all seasons. I'm firing it up in freezing temperatures in the winter going sometimes from around 30 degrees Fahrenheit to over 900 degrees. The stone is still intact after that kind of repeated thermal shock.I've certainly got my money's worth, and if this stone ever does give up I'll just order another.Thanks Tom Fiksdalstrand and all those at Biscotto Stones International!

Purchased the biscotto stone for Ooni Koda 16 works as advertised. Allows you to achieve the perfect underneath crust without burning the top. I heat the oven for 45 minutes on high, then just before baking the pizza turn down the heat to low, I also use a flame guard.

I have been searching for a replacement biscotto stone for months, but could find no Italian manufacturers that ship to the U.S. anymore. I thought I was out of luck until I found Biscotto Stones International. I sent an email asking about the availability of a stone that I thought might fit, and Tom responded the same day asking for more information on my exact needs. After a few days of searching, he was able to source the exact size I needed. I placed the order and received the stone in five days! The stone arrived in perfect shape and the entire transaction was so easy. Great company to deal with.

Incredibly fast order processing and shipping. Received a roccbox stone to the US 5 days after ordering. Product was very well packaged. Stone did require quit a bit of sanding to make it fit, but I expected that. I would purchase again.

Super fast shipping. I received my stone in like 3 days. I seasoned it in my Ooni Karu 16 and cooked pizzas in it yesterday. I can already tell that cooking pizzas is going to be more fun because the bottom cooks much more even and burning is not a worry now.

Have had the Biscotti stone about 3 months now. Ordering and delivery to California went smooth. I usually cook 3 to 5 pizzasin a row. The stone holds the heat very well without burning the bottoms.

faster heat recuperation, and a little more stable. note that thickness is also not the same as the OONI FYRA stock stone, but very please. Except that price is more than half of what i paid for the oven itself. Let's say you break the stock stone, get this one as replacement and upgrade at the same time.I do recommand
