Is bikeinn.com Legit?

105 R7000 chainset. Perfect. Cheapest price available online by a long way. Postage 10euro and slow to arrive is the only issue. Over a week from order to delivery even though dispatch from Bikeinn seemed to be same day. GLS does not seem to be the best choice

I ordered 8 cans of coffee. They were thrown into a carton haphazardly until the lids fell off. Someone threw a rolled-up foil on top. All the cans are dented. Very carelessly packed

If you order a batch of different products, you have to wait for the one with the largest delay. If you try to ask for two deliveries, separating the batch into two batches accordingly, you get no response, even after 5 days. I think you should only buy 1 product per shipment here, or just accept long delivery time.I cancelled the whole shipment at the end. They refunded the total costs, so that part was fine.

Item delivered quickly and easy to assemble. Might be useful to advertise that a special axle is required to attach trailer to bike. Overall very good.

GPS cycle computer arrived exactly as described, well packaged and on the date predicted on placing order (7 days). Delivery updates tracked the parcel from warehouse to Royal Mail delivery. Item not available in Uk but dispatch was next day from BikeInn. Very very competitive price incl delivery to Uk.

After ordering quick updates have been made on the delivery process. Only downside is that a relatively small product still is delivered in a very large box. Would appreciate if the shipping box is more snuggly fit around the ordered products

I ordered Gabaruk components to extend the gear range on my gravel bike together with a new chain. On the plus side, the price was good, the components were in stock and the delivery was easy to track. Less good was the delivery time, which was quite slow (around 2 weeks) because the chain needed to be sourced from elsewhere. What was poor was that I had ordered a spacer as part of the upgrade, and this was missing from the parcel. Fortunately I did not need the spacer and it’s a low cost item, but if I had needed it there would have been a negotiation and then a further delay, probably at least a week.

Great company, was very helpful. I requested a tracking number for Royal Mail and had a quick response with exactly what I needed. I was able to redirect my parcel to the post office as I wasn’t home & I still received it on the day. Very pleased overall. My order was well packaged, no damage. I ordered first time from Bikeinn. The delivery is a little bit slow. 10 days inside EU, but I think so therefore the Magyar Posta is to blame. Next time I’ll choose an other delivery.But the Bikeinn is great :-)

Ordered 2 x mtb tyres at a great price.They were well packed and received in good condition, via dpd.Tracking not that great and tyres delivered one day late.Other than that no problems. I would use again for parts that weren't needed on a deadline.Improve your tracking and delivery time and I would be very happy to give 5 stars

I was a bit dubious about ordering a bike with the amount of money involved due to so many bad reviews. I am pleased to say that the whole experience from start to finish was great. The bike arrived much earlier than estimated and I was kept informed throughout. Would definitely use again as their prices are very competitive and I can't fault the service.

Should have received my order a week ago, but it was obviously misdelivered as I was not home during the time of delivery, no note through door, online tracking shows signature and initials I do not recognise. Have checked with neighbours and around my flat anyway and nothing. Bikeinn have been beyond useless, repeatedly telling me that I need to make a claim with the courier. However there is no option for the recipient to make a claim as it is the senders legal responsibility to do so. Ordered a Shimano PCE-02 DI2 diagnosting tool for 214.99 Euro. After more than 1 week I received a notification that the product was not available anymore. However on the website the same product was on stock but now for 259.99 Euro. After several emails I still got a standard reply that I could cancel my order and order again against the new price. This is my first time ordering from bikeinn.com (parent company is tradeinn) and my experience is awful. 2 weeks after making the order I have not received it. After 2 weeks the tracking says "Goods damaged during transport" and are being returned to warehouse? But the goods are tires, how can they be damaged during transport? Contacted Customer service via different channels and they were not helpful. They told me I will need to make a new purchase after the goods are being returned to warehouse...but how can you be sure it is not a scam and how long it would take, another 2 weeks to go back and 2 weeks for delivery? “Excessively Long Time to Receive Order”

I ordered a new tire for my mountain bike on 4/14/2021. It was supposed to be delivered between April 22-26. As of 4/28 it hasn't arrived and no tracking update since 4/22. Bikeinn now tells me; "Customs can take between 15-60 days to unblock your parcel and proceed with delivery." Not thrilled with the delay and do not plan on using them in the future. Shipping

I have bought an expensive bike trailer from BikeInn in November 2020. The box came with some missing items and I have now been in contact with BikeInn for more than 6 weeks (14 emails sent + 4 phone calls in Spain!) and I have simply received no answer whatsoever. Bonus: I have been charged some extra fees that were not clearly explained when I initially submitted the buy online (income duty import which represents 10% extra on the top of the overall price). 5 weeks since $200 order was placed. Apparently still with the dutch post and in transit despite being in "transit" for weeks now. Look into them enough you'll see the same story from others. The delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive. The product didn't fit my bike. To return, Bikeinn wanted "postage" that was more than the product itself. I wish I would have looked at the reviews on sitejabber before doing business with bikeinn. I have no idea how they are 4.5 star rated on "verified reviews"? It took 5 weeks to receive my order. I googled "bike parts Canada" and was directed to bikeinn. It was only when I used the tracking number that I realized bikeinn is a Netherlands-based company. It stated 2 day delivery before I paid - but it's day 20 and they haven't responded to 3 emails. I paid more for the rack to not have to drive downtown - but it was not worth it. The tracking info from my order stopped updating 16 days ago - so they seem like a scam website to me. Their ordering process needs to give you more realistic shipping estimates, and tracking information that doesn't update for 16 days straight is absurd. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid over €250 for a sports watch. Paid express postage and still waiting. The excuse "our carrier will be contacted." Nothing to do with the carrier, they just don't have the stock and it will take months to get your money back if ever. Shocking!

My order arrived sealed in the shipment package, upon opening no product was inside other than an empty manufacturers package. Contacted them immediately and included pictures, the response was basically for me to send pictures of the unopened shipment package. Explained to them that I did not take any pictures since it was an undamaged shipment. I requested that they send me a picture of the product inside prior to leaving the facility which they could not produce. Didn't receive any refund or proper response. Tip for consumers:Order from a reputable company which is not based in a European country as getting any legal involvement is costly and difficult to accomplish in the event you have lost money. Research prior to ordering anything, direct contact via phone is not achievable, emails go unanswered and the online submittal is basically a simple way of avoidance.

It has been very frustrating trying to return a cycle jacket which was the wrong size. It was in the first place not obvious that I ordered a women size M on their website upon check out. Secondly, sending it back from NZ cost me a fortune in postage only to be held up at Spanish customs. They are very slow in responding to your queries and there is no telephone number which I could find to speak to someone other than going through an web-based message service which doesn't keep track or sorts the discussion line. I bought a front baby seat for my bike, even though it said to arrive with different brackets to accommodate different size bars, it totally didn't fit my (very standard!) bike. When I tried to resolve the problem with them I was stuffed around like crazy. Different people emailing me, talking in circles, from 'give us 3 days to get back to you' to 'we need photos' (which I sent them multiple times!), to ' woops, the time for a refund or return has expired'. I honestly spent houuurs trying to communicate with them, but to no avail. I am left with a useless bike seat that cost me $170 (because delivery was almost as much as the actual price, nearly doubling the cost!). Can't even sell it because doesn't fit a standard bike.
