Where to startSuch a great experience, from selection & pricing to the communication prior to shipping to confirm details of the bike. I would definitely recommend and use Bike Room for another purchase.

Such an easy transaction. Great sales and fitting support. Super speedy responses to questions. The best part is the bike (even though a used Pro's bike) looks brand new. This is my second Pro purchase from Bike Room and I'll continue to support them as you can't beat the value and the cache of owning a former Pro bike!

Bike is in the exact condition as the pictures if not better! Packed very nicely and arrived to the US pretty quickly. Once it arrived to the US I was asked to fill out a form and the shipment was released a few hours later and I received the bike earlier than the estimated delivery date. I had some email exchanges with Andrea from the bikeroom who was helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Borderline FRAUD!! I ordered a bike from Bikeroom from overseas and asked them for an invoice so that I could claim the VAT back.They very kindly and quickly sent me the invoice. On arrive in Europe and receiving the bike, I proceeded to leave the country, went to customs to do the relevant VAT claim and the customs officer said I needed the specific VAT return form from the supplier.I subsequently asked Bikeroom for this and that's when reality hit, they become all defensive, found every reason why they couldn't etc, and gave every excuse in the book, to the extent I wonder if they did the claim themselves and kept the money!!So sad, not willing to help in anyway, super defensive and blame the buyer?!? All I wanted to do is do a (massive) VAT claim - one would think they would want to help - very disappointing.I would NEVER use them again or recommend to anyone!!Please BE CRAEFUL!!

Very competitive prices, very quick reactions on questions from Anna. Also flexible wrt changes in set-up for the bike. Would recommend Bike Room for potential customers. One point for improvement, a status update of what the status is of your purchase would give added value.

I recently purchased a bike from Bike Room and am very happy with my decision to do so! Despite the additional taxes and courier fees being added, I still got my bike at a better price than I could achieve in Ireland or UK. I had a few queries before the purchase and the team dealt with my queries quickly and professionally. I opted for the additional "build service" at purchase to save any messing around. The gears were perfectly indexed, brakes perfect, and all I had to do was put the handlebars, front wheel and seat post on and I was off on a 100+ mile cycle within an hour. A great experience and I'll be buying more bikes from them in future. Grazie mille Bike Room!

The process was so easy - the website is easy to navigate, the purchasing process was simple, and the shipping was brilliant. From Italy to Perth, Australia, 6 days ahead of schedule. I'm delighted! Ordering process was fine and easy. The WhatsApp chat works well and they are quite responsive. They helped a lot clarifying some questions before the purchase. Super fast delivery to Switzerland, ordered on Saturday and I got the bike on Thursday. The bike is overall ok-ish, just a problem with the bolt fixing the rear derailer to the frame. I immediately sent them a photo while unpacking the bike, really to show was delivered like this. I be been patient for one month for a solution (basically a new bolt given the current one is damaged and doesn’t allow proper torque) then to hear it was my fault in damaging it! Not really happy to be treated like this after I ve shown always a collaborative approach despite having spent more the 7000€…shame they ruined what could have been an amazing experience for a bolt (an important bolt tough)

Great prices and fast delivery of pro level bikes -- what more can you ask? Pretty quick with responses to inquiries. Delivery to the US was trouble free and well packed (although there were duties on the high value item -- not Bike Room's fault, however). Overall, a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Poor customer service. They have very poor website portal. Company promotes an option to place bids on a bike which feature doesn’t work and they are aware. Once you place the bid the order gets cancelled and you receive an email in Italian with pricing that make no sense. Reached out numerous times for help and they said stop placing bids they won’t be accepted. Unfortunate because I wanted to give them my business but after dealing with this several times I gave up. If it is this bad now can’t imagine what the rest of the transactional process would look like. Not to mention the VAT Fees are crazy expensive and how the amount that it shows makes no sense. So they are making money on that too. VATshould be based on the sale price/suggested price/value, and country destination. I selected two bikes a different times that are selling at the same price but different colors had two different car prices. One price was double around $900USD compared to $450-500USD. I’m not sure the logic behind this so either their e-commerce platform is so messed up and they need to get it fixed or they are playing with the numbers to make additional profit on the backend. Hence how they lure you in with these attractive high end bikes at great prices up front.
