I don't like the plastic covering on the lights, causes sweating...,** I have to figure on my own how it works because the manual is terrible for giving instructions. ** It should not be as long as it is, it could be shorter on the sides and have extension belts on the sides to make it longer if needed. ** The design is bad for a smaller device. I have a smaller Bestqool pad and it is only the pad and not all that extra side belting. Some of my lights are worn out. We bought 2 and really like it but only last a year. ** BestQool does not have a very good selection.

Without buying an expensive stand, I find it difficult to use my half body Bestcool device on my back or the sides of my body. There is not a problem with using it on my front as I can easily hold it. I have not had any massive turnarounds in health problems but sleep is much improved after several months and, despite being in my 80s, none of my health problems have got worse so I consider this a plus and some conditions have improved but not totally healed.

Bought a new Pro100 red light therapy device.It arrived but had some accessories missing. I contacted their support which promptly asked me to return the unit and they would send me a new unit. New unit is nice, had some extra features like rubber feet etc which original unit did not have. Both worked fine (first one just was missing some accessories), and I was able to use the original one until the replacement arrived and then ship original back.Device works well and is very competatively priced.

The package arrived in a timely manner. The set up was easy and the instructions were clear.I bought 2 -60 light units and use them both simultaneously,(one in front and one in back) every week day. It helps with my pain, but most noticeable is the difference in my skin, my hair and lashes, my vision has improved (with red lights only) and interestingly enough my hypothyroid TSH levels have become normal and my pcp is wanting to decrease my thyroid medication and recheck my labs. Ordered the red light devise and paid $52 for shipping. Received an email from Bestqool letting me know that shipping charges had increased to $125, then received a second email letting me know that the shipping charges now were $250. At this time I canceled the order. Received a third email from Bestqool, letting me know that they would ship for the original $52. When the order arrived, I received an email from the shipping company asking me to pick up the devise at a drop off location. I mentioned to them that the delivery address given was my residency and that I didn’t drive. The shipping company said Bestqool didn’t pay for home delivery. Finally, I was able to get the shipping company to bring the big box home. I wish the purchase had been more transparent and more hassle free.

Product received on time and works as advertised. Sturdy construction, good quality. I find that regular use helps me keep my sleep cycle regular, and it's also great for relieving soreness and speeding up recuperation from a hard workout at the gym.

I am getting noticed. I can see from my pictures it’s working. I go to the Gym I get looked at by very young women. Some women in Facebook are Celebrities online now and want to talk me at first I thought it was fake but once they proved it was them. I was shocked.

The information on shipping was sketchy, The delivery was fast, but I was given no real information on who was the shipper to keep track of those shipments, which I was keen to do, but to no avail. I was given a number but no shipping provider.

I had an issue with the infrared setting on my LED light therapy, so I emailed them about the issue. They sent out a replacement right away and made the whole process smooth and easy. Very helpful and quick to respond back.

1.Stand must be opened to acces the electrical plug. 2.The elect. plug is so loose it disconnects with the slight movement. Device is usuless, keep turning off.3. The electrical cord should be at lease 16ft. to reach from the wall plug to a chair or couch.4. I would like my money returned. How do I return the device?
