Is berls.com Legit?

I called with a question about a drinking fountain part and they called the manufacture for me, and called me back with a number of options the same day. Customer service was easy to talk to, very nice and super helpful. The part arrived on time!

Excellent customer service. Item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We purchased the incorrect watt power and need to exchange the item. Retailer called to discuss our options and how to return it. Also sent a follow-up email with details on how to return. I certainly recommend them especially for the customer service factor!

very easy experience from start to finish. Great prices, compared to other sites. At least from my purchase I saved a little over $200-$400 depending on which website. The customer support was also very good. they were able to answer all my questions unlike other websites that asked me to go to the manufacturing website to answer my questions. Why would you have a customer support section if you cannot ask specific questions about a product? Anyway I digress. Thanks Berl's!

My boss sent me link to a product to order on berls.com He asked that I choose express shipping. Very soon after I placed my order, I was contacted to let me know that I could save money and time sending the order ground service due to the close proximity of the delivery location. They didn't have to do that. During a time when so many things are automated, it was a pleasant surprise to receive this level of customer service.
