Is beddinginn.com Legit?

If I could rate this 10 stars I would do so gladly!!! Ordered 4 duvet covers, all queen. One was out of stock so after contacting me to let me know and apologize for my inconvenience, with my approval, they sent it in king and also sent me another duvet set! Not one of the cheaper ones! All were VERY good quality! Was less than 5 days to receive from the time I placed my order! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Recently, after started the covid19 in US, if we search curtain, cars seat, home decoration etc in internet, beddinginn.com is coming first before amazon, warfare, eBay or any other USA retailer shops. The people are thinking this is local online retailer. They are misleading the customers with multiple attractive pictures. They will not respond customers if try to contact. I think they will not send item or sent wrong item as proof of delivery. I don't know how can control these kind of business.I think one more Chinese company Beddinginn.com is taking advantages of Covid19 from US by internet fraud.

I ordered my seat covers may 2, 2020 and didn’t receive them til august 5th 2020. I was very mad and sent several emails they responded always with be patient it takes time bc they are coming by boat instead of plane and COVID made it worse. But I did receive them FINALLY!!

They have a fantastic selection of seat covers. I ordered a set of blue and white faux leather seat covers for my PT Cruiser because they have a 50's street rod custom upholstery look. I was prepared to wait based on other reviews. I received them in about 4 weeks which is good turnaround considering they come directly from China. They were well worth the wait and are just as pictured. Beautiful high quality.

I would not purchase from this company! They forgot the clips to fit my seats in an I emailed them an It's been almost a year of back an forth in emails an never did they send me the missing clips. Also the 2 fronts didn't fit my seats an they said they would either send clips or let me get a refund but now their email address is no good so I'm just screwed at this point😒 an I'm so mad I paid over 300 for these damn things for nothing😡😤

Exactly what I ordered and timely. After my order, I read reviews and was extremely nervous I would have to fight to get my order, not receive it at all, or not get my order as described. Well, I ordered my seat covers on Nov 16th and received them yesterday Nov 24th. I even went as far as calling UPS to verify the tracking number was legit as I couldn’t believe I was receiving them so quickly. They confirmed and low and behold my delivery came and the seat covers are exactly what I expected. Hope this helps someone else to feel more confident about their order.

I ordered car seat covers May 9th it is now July 9th. On June 24th, after threatening legal action, I received an email with a bogus tracking number saying I should receive my order within 7-9 days. Still have not gotten my order. I am calling my bank and requesting a refund. Do not trust this company.

First I paid extra shipping costs to have it delivered in 7-10 days After numerous attempts to reach them after 15 days had passed I finally got a tracking number then I received my item 10 more days later The item doesn’t look anything like the picture now I’m stuck with a $50 shower curtain that I wouldn’t hang in a dog house Stay away from this company

The seat covers I received are not as expected. The dark blue trim clashes with the turquoise stripe.The company requested photos which were sent. Now they simply refuses to respond to my many emails requesting info on my return. The seat covers were $170, they are very good quality but the colors clash. I would've loved to exchange them with the correct colors but now I don't wish to conduct business with your company.I have requested a refund without any response. Now I will continue to blast this review in all social platforms until I'm heard.

I like most people thought this website was a scam after purchasing car seat covers and a few days later clicking the "view order" button and seeing a blank screen. I left them a "not so nice" email and contacted my bank for a refund as well. But this morning I received my items after placing my order on 8/23/20. Today is September 8th. I ordered the pink and black princess crown pattern seat covers. They seem to be decent quality and as advertised. I hope everyone gets their items or money back eventually...I gave 3 stars because at least I received my items, but it's really a 1 star cause their customer/communication service is horrible.

Do not purchase from this site oroyalcars.com they are both expensive scams. I spent 200 on what we’re supposed to be custom fit leather seat covers, they not only didn’t fit my car at all but weren’t even leather and now I am stuck with them and they will not return product, nor will PayPal work with me to get my money back. Don’t put yourself through this.

I ordered 2 sets of sheets from Beddinginn. I was very very concerned after reading reviews, they did take 4 weeks to arrive (China to Australia). I was concerned when the tracking was removed from my order. Every time I sent an email I received a response with in 24 hours with tracking details. The sheets arrived yesterday and are perfect, exactly like the picture.

Very bad. Purchased seat covers, wrong item received and torn. Keep getting emails trying to give a cheap discount and send another front seat cover. It's like they purposely annoy you so that u will just drop questioning and keep what they chose for you. Don't buy from them no 800 number.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this cowboy company. I ordered taps costing just over £200 and added expedited shipping as I needed them quickly and this promised delivery with 8 days. The taps arrived 16 days after I placed the order, them I was slapped with a fedex custom bill of £70. The taps arrived with no instructions which were promised to be emailed through when I requested them, this was 7 days ago and they've still not arrived. Despite this I worked out how to fit the taps but they LED light feature does not work. I have emailed and sent messenger complaint regarding this and how to rectify 5 times in the last 4 days but receive no response.

DO NOT BUY!!!! We purchased seat covers in January and never received them. Opened a case with PayPal but because they responded with a tracking number (it was bogus) PayPal closed the case. You apparently can’t reopen a case but I went around that and disputed it again. Phone number is international so I can’t call. Alright guys. Ive been seeing all of the reviews for Beddinginn.com. Short backstory. Went onto the site, wanted to buy car seat covers, didnt see any reviews on the actual website. Came here and saw these reviews. Did a little digging and in 2019 the company actually got flagged and put under investigation by the Better Business Bureau for all of the complaints in regards to packages never arriving and the company never responding to customers emails. On February 19, 2019 the company responded stating they will do their best to improve their service, your BBB will continue to monitor their complaints. Obviously the company hasn’t changed as the most recent complaints from customers are only from a few months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Purchased an animal print for a king size bed but beddinginn have assembled it and printed it the wrong way meaning that it's fits sideways not lengthways. Animals face sideways which has spoilt the cover as a king size duvet cannot be turned around. Company is frustrating to deal with and keep changing their requests or wanting something further or don't receive the photos I send. Chat room continually logs you off. Don't buy from this company only wish I had found and read the reviews first.

The site stated these car seats were leather. However they were extremely overpriced cotton batting covered in synthetic "fur". It all ripped apart the first day. They never responded to my inquiry for a refund or replacement.

Ordered 2 duvet sets, one with flowers and one with cranes, flower at lower end of duvet cover instead of central, looks stupid. Luckily I will be able to cut and re sew down to smaller size to make it look any sense. The pillow shams on the crane bedding set show in the online photo that the cranes are standing, mine came with cranes lying sideways and Wendy at Beddinginn can see nothing wrong with this! Offered me $5 discount on another order, I think not. Will never order from them again.

Wanted to surprise my wife for Mother's Day with a gift. Placed my order back in early April. Never received my item or an explanation why it was never shipped. Ordered floor mats for my car that they claimed should fit perfectly. Well they didn't fit at all, one part pushes up against the gas pedal and theres a random flap that comes out the side in the way of the door closing. I notified them the same day it was delivered and received a generic email back. Sent them an email back a few times im the couple following days from then telling them I just want an address & directions where to send products back & get my money refunded. That was over a month ago and still have not had any response or refund. Just the same one of that they're checking into it. I said I was very upset & just wanted to return & get my money back and they must just have an automated response system. The mats didn't even come in good packaging, they were all bent up, creased, and had foot prints on them.

“Frustrating”

First, I hope I can take this review down. It depends on BeddingInn. I ordered a duvet that comes with two pillow cases and a sheet. I have asked numerous times to include two shams. Even paid for them. They have yet to acknowledge receipt of the request or payment three days ago. I keep writing and waiting. Each time I get a reply, it says "Thank you for your concern for our website," but they don't give the answer to the question. Come on, BeddingInn, communicate.

“Poor Quality and Beddinginn doesn't stand behind product”

I purchased a 4 piece duvet cover set. After the first washing, the sewing on the duvet started to come undone. I took pictures of it and sent it to the company. Their response was keep it or pay shipping and customs to return it. They had no intention of replacing a poorly sewn item, nor do they care to see what the issue is in order to correct future issues for other customers. I would not recommend this company - ever!

“Beddinginn sent an incorrect product...”

Initially, I requested an exchange (to what I ordered), however, the company said the postage fee is too expensive to Australia so I should just keep the wrong one... Didn't make sense so got back to them requesting a refund. They said they would provide a refund if I pay for a postage fee with tracking capacity. As the product was something that I can't use (a curtain with grommet holes - we have a double pinch pleat set-up), I am sending this back, but basically losing a full postage cost and ending up with no product. They refuse to send a correct one (I don't think they have the product shown on the web page anymore). Haven't experienced this type of unusual cases - it turned out to be a waste of money and time.

When I opened the package, I found the duvet half done. It was supposed to be these beautiful blue/green flowers & most of the cover was white. It was like they ran out of ink. When I contacted them for a refund or remake, I was told to send it back at my expense. In the end, it cost me $55.00 for the shipping both ways & I have NOTHING. They credited my account & shorted me $10. Their website is fraudulent as well. They say they are from Poland & have a return address in California. In reality, you're ordering from China.
