Love shopping on beauty Bay- great products at great prices. It's affordable so I can indulge myself with regular treats and not break the bank. The yearly haul pass is excellent value as I get next day delivery even on the smallest order which gives me time to consider items.

Great customer service. The product, a secret Santa present, was ordered and Beauty bay kept me informed. When I contacted the vendor they chased up the courier and got back to me quickly. The parcel was, unfortunately, stuffed through my letterbox by the courier and arrived looking battered and bruised although the contents were all intact.

Everywhere else had sold out of the Christmas bubbles skincare sets but beauty bay had stock in just about everything! Delivery was super quick and I managed to use a student discount to save some extra money 🥰

I was soo excited to receive my first ever made by Mitchell mystery bundle and was so excited with what I received delivery was fast and the contents were 2x liquid blushers that were my colours 1xred matte lipstick perfect for me!! 1x eye shadow brush,1x blender sponge 1xsilver glitter eye shadow I loved all my make up and the mystery ❤️

So happy with my order, everything came and really quick shopping! Only thing was the outside packaging on my setting mist looked a bit bashed and also didn’t have a seal which makes me think it may have been returned, or maybe just old stock? Besides that, lovely products at great value as usual!

I got my haul in less than 24 hours after purchase. Everything arrived in perfect condition (at least on the outside, I still need to use my item). Amazing service.

Good prices great products. Shame they use Evri to deliver as products get delayed in Evri’s system or disappear.

Ordered a parcel for Next day delivery, paid the fee for it, parcel got delayed, tried getting in contact and they are robbing me off saying I didn’t choose next day, even though my receipt shows the £6 delivery charge and if you spend over £25 on there you get free delivery and I spent way over. Also the Evri website clearly shows my tracking as next day delivery. Wont refund my delivery charge. Very unhelpful customer service.

Found the company really good my product got damaged before it was deliver so it came a little late but all new products deliver

I placed my orderHad confirmation but with no time scale of deliver !Another email stating my order had gone out for delivery and Evri tracking was given. Holding tight waiting I then receive another email stating ‘A shipment exception occurred and package would be returned to retailer’I have tried every avenue possible to contact Beauty Bay ..numerous amounts of emails, chat bot (who told me to seek further advice from consumer rights .. bloody cheek) Facebook messenger, Facebook beauty bay page in comments … all have been totally ignored !I have still not had any response what so ever so I have now reported it to my bank who have opened a case to inspect.I have also emailed the CEO Aaron & David Gabbie Disgraceful customer serviceTook my money and think it’s ok to ignore ! I will not be using beauty bay again and definitely not recommending it to anyone, stay clear and use a trusted site with better communication & customer service

Excellent range of products, good prices and great service. Was looking for Laneige for my daughter and sold out everywhere, found it on line and was delivered 3 days later!

This will be my first order with beauty bay. The parcel was delivered while I was at work. When I got home I noticed that the parcel was in the wrong name and wrong address. I have received someone else’s parcel and they do not live in my area. I have contacted beauty bay and now have to wait for a full investigation. Very disappointed as it was my first order with them. Hopefully I will get my parcel or full refund before Christmas. Has put me off for any future orders.

Really pleased with the service and quick delivery but a bit disappointed that the creams I ordered did not come in a box. It’s just a small thing but they are gifts so would have preferred them to be nicely presented

Always use beauty bay great service. Delivery comes quickly. Most times quicker than service I order from in Ireland.

I was at home all day and waited for the parcel to arrive, it never came. I got an email @21:49 to say it had been delivered, it is nowhere to be seen. The products and website seem great but the delivery serive is shocking. Unsure how to proceed now since my items are missing.
