Is ayp.healthcare Legit?

Ordered gel for my back pain on 21st December. Received today 9th January. I had to go to a local pharmacy to buy some as this took too long. Will not be buying from this company again . Said 2 to 3 days delivery more like weeks.

I would of given this company -0 stars if I could. I've ordered twice from this company. Delivery takes forever despite paying a delivery fee "within 2-5 days". My first order took 2 weeks to arrive - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. I waited 2 weeks to see if it would arrive, and low behold nothing. Even after a number of emails requesting for a tracking number and eta, they provided the same automated reply “Regrettably, we've experienced some unforeseen delays recently due to a surge in orders during this busy time of year. This sudden increase has created a backlog, causing temporary disruptions in our processing and dispatching operations”I gave up in the end and requested for a refund! AWFUL company.

Placed an order 11 days ago and since then received not communication. Rang them to be given another number to ring. This number had a recorded message saying that they were not taking calls. The company is abosolutely useless so avoid dealing with them or be prepared for the consequences.

I used them in march and my order never arrived. I was sorted in the end with a refund from my bank. I buy my medicine locally now. I think I'll keep doing that to save the additional expense on tablets I needed for the headache I got from the last experience. All the best to all. They did respond eventually.

I needed to reorder my wife's eye drops. As I had had good service previously I returned for top up. I checked prices and you came out favourably. The order was placed after using the simple Web processThe order was fulfilled and delivered on time. Keep up the good work.

Watch all companies now. Mum just received emails asking for more information meaning order number and other personal information otherwise they'll remove comments. Draconian tracing going on now with di$strust pil0t. They know you might not have an order number nor wants to be tracked and traced so this is how they will achieve that to get comments removed and that's every major company now. Beware. My mum can't respond as I won't when I get the email for this comment but shows you, you can't always trust a company that has the word trust in it!!!

2.5 stars. Very reasonably priced products but let down by slow delivery. The estimate given at checkout of 2-5 days was misleading - my order took 15 days to arrive. After emailing, I was told there was a backlog of orders, which it appears has been the case for quite some time judging by the other reviews. Like most people buying medication, I needed it promptly and would have been unlikely to go through with my order had I known how long it would take to arrive. I feel it would be better to provide customers with an updated delivery estimate until the backlog is cleared.

My first purchase here, needed a few months supply of vitamin tablets. My local chemist charges too much.Anyway, easy to navigate the website, found what I was looking for, fast delivery and updated with emais on the status of my order. Thank you 😊

I emailed AYP and my items have still not arrived. Payment has been made.Update. AYP have been in touch and gave me an approximate delivery date. The order was never fulfilled by them but I have now received a full refund.

Well went to buy some anti inflammatory but had to use PayPal and I don't have PayPal and never will so I came here to moan about that and read reviews.Phew lucky escape I'm glad they only accepted PayPal.

My first order with this company recently, i did not receive my order in the time the company had given me [5 days] contacted them to advise this and request a delivery date, reply came on same day stating the problem they had at the time and giving me a despatch date and carrier, i replied and said i would look forward to receiving my goods on or before a certain date. i received the goods within that time , all good, in my opinion this company whilt it did not fulfil its original obligation, replied in good time to my query and the goods were despatched and received in the time stated. Good customer service and would order from them again without hesitation. Well done AYP Healthcare.

Initial order took long time to (not) arrive. Chased AYP, offered immediate refund or unspecified future delivery. Took the refund option. Heard nothing, no refund. Phoned them, no answer. Tried to inform M&S Mastercard but their system absolute rubbish, abandoned that: decided to write off the £17 and forget it.Product arrived some time later. AYP communication is useless, that is they don't.Following AYP response - I won't spend any more time on this matter.

I ordered painkilling medication when in urgent need. After six days I contacted ayp to enquire about the delay and after another day was emailed that the item was being despatched. I am still waiting and still in pain. Never again!

After a bit of difficulty with the website, everything went smoothly. I was informed of my parcel's progress every step of the way and it was delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

Ordered items 5 months ago not recieved. In each contact with AYP, I was told it would be 2 more weeks. I finally requested a refund which has not been received. I have raised a dispute with my bank. 2 stars awarded as I have ordered from them successfully before although the delivery time was significantly longer than promised.

The package aireved by airmail from uk to netherland in a short time i get what i ordered without problem, paid with pay pal fast checkout.

Easy to place order online but after confirmation nothing for weeks. Finally turned up after requesting a refund. All well in the end.

Updating from 1 to 2 stars as this did arrive a little over 3 weeks after the order date. Communication from the company was pretty poor: I was updated only in the form of automated emails (eg a shipped notification two days after asking where my order is); no apology or human response. Still took another 7 days after that, so slow and uncommunicative from start to finish. Orig review: Website stated 3-5 day delivery but took 5 days before the product I ordered was even approved for dispatch. It’s been 11 days now and still in “processing”. The product was for an anal fissure that reopened this morning because I’d run out of my prev supply to treat it. No communication from the pharmacy at all beside the note to say it had been approved.

I placed my order on 20th April 2024 and was informed on the 18th of June that it had finally been shipped!!! It was a further 3 days before it arrived.I have used this company before and not had any delays, but an 8 week delay with no communication from them is ridiculous. I didn't chase them up as I'd completely forgotten about the order as I had to purchase it elsewhere as it hadn't arrived.Very disappointed

Took a very long time to receive the goods ,however, my enquiries where dealt with and questions answered. I was happy with the timing of responses and the notification of it's despatch.
