Minimal Doubts. Controversial.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 52.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to avaibook.com's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning avaibook.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between avaibook.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of avaibook.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of avaibook.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. avaibook.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether avaibook.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether avaibook.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, avaibook.com.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!! Beware of booking anything through AvaiBook! I signed a contract and sent both the deposit and the first month's rent to the company's bank account. Despite this, over two weeks later, they continue to claim that the money has never arrived. This is blatantly false, as I have proof from my bank that the funds reached their account. To make matters worse, no one from AvaiBook is responding to my emails anymore AND HAVE JUST BLOCKED MY EMAILS NOW. THIS IS A FULL ON SCAM AND WILL HAVE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES!!!!
Booked a villa in Lanzarote for an 8 day holiday through Vrbo. The payments were taken by Avaibook. However 6 days into our holiday £129.29 was taken from my debit card by Avaibook without my knowledge or permission. There was no explanation why this had been taken, but clearly it was a fraudulent transaction. This amount is STILL pending on my account 7 days after I’ve returned home!!! I did not authorise this transaction and it is being treated as fraud by my bank. No phone number to contact them either. Total scam and I am furious!
I rented a villa in Via Bizantina, 20-90, 84010 Minori SA, Italy. I payed upfront 2500euro and received a rental contract, receipt, messages that avaibook will handle my rental. What can we do? I have some documents, name and some adress of the company? how can I ask about if it is fake or not.Pls help!
I wanted to book a house in Croatia on booking.com. There was a phone number +34 679 23 56 25 (34679235625) in one of the photos, so I contacted that number via WhatsApp. It turned out that this person was pretending to be an Avaibook employee and he sent me an offer for another house that was not available on booking.com (the first one turned out to be unavailable on my dates). The offer price was very attractive, I received a contract to sign and an account number to make the payment. In the meantime, I found direct contact to this house and it turned out that there was no such availability inquiry in my name, because all dates were already booked and the price was much higher than the offer. Fortunately, I didn't pay any money. Be careful, because this is fraud.
I tried to rent villa for holiday on booking.com there was no answear but on pictures was code for WhatsApp so I contact due to WhatsApp. Person from customer service suggest me different villa. Then I was interest he told me to make transfer for full price and copy of my passport or ID card . I ask to make it due to booking- then he started be aggressive. Looks like scam !!! Be carefullNow he deleted all messages
I am really desappointed both with Rentalia and Avaibook. I have rented my apartment for 3 months and up to now I have not received my money. I mean Avaibook is just ignoring my messages. They said that I have to update my identity, which I did and I even sent the extra document. However, before the hostage booked the apartment they said that everything were fine with my document they even went on and approved it on their website. Unfortunately I accepted the booking and they then changed their opinion regarding my document even the bank account they said I needed to proof that it was mine, which I did. I am now trying to change my door code so that the hostage cannot enter into my apartment. I feel really bad because they are not answering my call and emails. In my opinion AvaiBook a Scam. But I will sue them.
Like other management channels, Avaibook has some pros and cons. It's also normal to have some problems after a while, but what's not normal is their lack of support, it's shocking that you have a problem and have to wait days for a solution. It is shocking that a company engaged in this activity does not have a phone number available and it is impossible to talk to someone by phone to expose the problem and even worse, in addition to being able to only send a message, the gentlemen of Avaibook, from Friday lunchtime "go on vacation" and only return on Monday. If you are unlucky enough to have a problem on Friday you will never see your problem resolved as the gentlemen at Avaibook will be resting!
Great attention to our needs. The communication and support offered by all staff at Avaibook has been excellent.
I had 3 properties advertised on Rentalia for a few years. We got very few requests from them, most of our customers come from other platforms. We are rented 90% of the year, so we cannot complain. I had deactivated one of these 3 properties in Rentalia, when we started using it to live in due to family issues. When Rentalia started working with Avaibook, they have transfered all our properties there and reactivated the one I had deactivated on Rentalia. Without informing me of obtaining my consent. Upon transfer, again without me being informed about this, all 3 properties have been automatically setup on "instant booking" which I do not allow on any of the platforms I'm on. I had no idea about this because I had not received any information from either Rentalia or Avaibook. At one point I have been informed that I have a confirmed booking on Avaibook - for which I didn't even have a login because I had never registered there. That's when I actually became aware about the transfer of my properties from Rentalia to Avaibook.I requested that this booking is cancelled by the platform as it had been created by mistake given that my property was not on the rental market at all and had been deactivate in Rentalia. They have ignored several emailes I sent where I have explained the situation and asked for clarification, and in the end they have informed me that all my properties have been deactivated from Rentalia for not paying cancellation fees to Avaibook for a property I had never advertised on Avaibook. I found this to be a very dishonest behaviour and they seem to both be dubious companies. I never got any bookings from Rentalia, so I am not losing anything by not being on Rentalia anymore - but the complete disregard for any decent rules of behaviour in the market is a sign that these companies should not be touched with a barge pole.
Booking Engine veramente completo, ma il punto di forza é l'assistenza veramente immediata e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
Good platform, works very well and allows us peace of mind.
I've been working with other CM and I'm very happy with AvaiBook now, it's easy and complete. It has the tools that I need to work with my clients and staff plus everything I need to deal with the bookings on a daily basis.
AvaiBook team is very respectable and professional. I had a fraud e-payment issue and I contacted the customer service team, specifically "Maria" and I really surprised of how professional and responsive she was. She understood the case very well with minimum details, she could track the source of the issue and helped me to get fully refunded. Although I was not regular customer, but she helped resolving my issue as if it is her own issue. Very quick response, giving me continues feedback in case of any updates and she doesn't let me go until the issue has been fully resolved and ensure customer satisfaction. A big thanks to Maria and all AvaiBook team members.Ayman

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Are You the Owner of avaibook.com?
If you own avaibook.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence. When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things: * Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.). * Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook. * If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.). We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
