J.P. has been truly amazing! He has been helping me over the last 2 months with my mortgage company trying to locate a lost payment on my mortgage company end. J.P. was professional, had all the documentations needed to help rectify the situation. He always called me back when we had a scheduled conference set up. I was signed up to AutoPayPlus by my car dealership, without it being made clear it was separate from the loan company. They are trying to take money over a month BEFORE my payments are due. I can't get through to anyone on the phone of course, because they are "receiving higher than normal call volumes" which is marketing speak for "we don't want to talk to you". For a company that provides ABSOLUTELY ZERO VALUE ADD in the payment chain, I'm surprised their customer service is so damn awful.

Autopayplus is awesome , she takes and inserts every note on my account and if I call back to get another representative everything is always there

Followed up on a call regarding my loan account number and spoke to Elizabeth. I didn’t have all the information I needed to resolve the issue, but Elizabeth helped give me instructions on who to call and what next steps I can take towards getting the info I needed. She was super kind and helpful!
