Is ashford.com Legit?

I brought a brand new Mido women watch from ashford.com in March 2024, six months later, the watch stopped working I contact Ashford.com and they tell me to contact Mido. After contacted Mido , Mido watch informed me that Ashford.com was not their authorized dealer so no warranty, so I got back to Ashford.com and tell them what Mido informed me . Ashford.com said they will send me a warranty card stamped by their sister company ( Mido authorized dealer ) so I can claim warranty from Mido and have my watch repaired and this was around October 2024 , after 3weeks I still have not received the correct warranty card from Ashford.com but they never get back to me and as of today I still don’t have the correct warranty card and nothing from Ashford.comAshford invoice # w0001884015SKU# M010007112100

Their customer service is amazing and quick, they ship super fast, overnight shipping is reasonable. Every watch I have bought (4 at this point) have been excellent. I will always come back to Ashford. I have not had nearly as good of an experience with the other site Jom**hop.

I was bit concerned, because there are so many scammers out there. Everything came quickly, authentic. I most appreciate they reply to a request after delivery in a prompt manner and solved my issue. Will definitely buy again.

This watch is absolutely perfect. The packaging could have been more carefully done however, the packaging chips shifted to one side of the box and the opposite side was very battered during transport, which damaged the watch’s box a bit. Fortunately the watch is, at least in appearance, intact.

At first I was a little worried about the site about its credibility. All I can say is that the price was excellent, the watch arrived in great condition, I love my new addition to my collection. The whole process was pretty straightforward. Nonetheless I would recommend this site for new watch inquiries. They are legit and also their products

Beautiful watches. Bought two Verace one was too large and was a xmas gift. I unfortunately received it back from my sister too late to get credit. I was quite dissapointed and decided not to use this company again.

The ordering process was efficient and straightforward. When I had a question about my order processing, costumer serice answered promptly and precisely. My order arrived in a timely manner, and the watch I wordered was exactly as described.

Customer service. Second to none. Great prices - not as vast and as cheap as Jomashop, but the customer service makes all the difference.

The watch I bought was a Mido. Came well packaged, but someone had tampered it before and the gasket of the backcase was smaller than should have been, therefore there was a huge leak. Result: water infiltrated, new 600 dollars watch stopped and I had to cover the fixing cost at my local watch maker because Mido (that I also badly reviewed) does not offer any assistance.

So sorry to see this shop leave the square. This was my mother's favourite shop to be brought to., she was in a wheelchair and the staff always made the shop accessible for her . Mum unfortunately passed away last July and I found it hard at first to see the shop. Thankfully I have been back numerous times since. I wish the proprietors all the very best for the future.

Beautiful watch at a great price. Works perfectly and it's incredibly accurate, very impressed with this Glycine movement. Shipping abroad was fast and the box was intact, the watch itself was in flawless condition. Looking forward to make another purchase.

I couldn't believe the price I paid for my Rado watch. I had my eye on this piece and another one on a different site that was "slightly used". I totally made the right choice going thru Ashford. My watch came with all paperwork, in a Rado box and was brand new. What a gorgeous time piece! “Dropped Jomashop a long time ago!”

I used to do such purchases with Ashford and drill my shop. Make real my shop has absolutely abhorrent customer service. They don't care at all about their customers. I easily spent at least $20,000 with them over about 6 or 7 years. Thus far, Ashford has not given me a problem. “Shipping experience needs to be improved”

I recently ordered a watch from this website and was pleased with the deal I got. However, I was disappointed to find that the manufacturer's box in which the watch came was completely damaged. It's clear that the damage didn't occur during shipping but rather that the watch was shipped in this condition. While the watch itself seems fine, receiving a damaged box detracts from the overall experience, especially if the box is meant to protect or present the watch. Great prices... just wish I lived in the States!:-) Import charges and VAT add a juicy surcharge to your purchases if getting delivered to the UK, but overall they are still worth it! That says a lot about the unbelievable value Ashford are able to create in their pricing of a seriously strong range of sunglasses.
