artpal.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives artpal.com a medium trust score on the platform: 58.3. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk..

We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 58.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to artpal.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above.

Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning artpal.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between artpal.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of artpal.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of artpal.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.

A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.

artpal.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether artpal.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether artpal.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, artpal.com.

SCAM!

I feel nauseous even having to pick a single star. I purchased a 2 mm pin fire pistol from ArtPal. They took my money. Never sent it and never rained to one damn message. Disgusting business. Tip for consumers:Don’t trust at all Products used:Paid for the product seller had me do Venmo. My bad I trusted. Once I did they cancelled the Oder and never responded again. Dad could have been a return customer. Stupid I’m their part. From Ukraine.

WTH is up?

2 1/2 years. In that time I estimate well over 70-80 k views. Yet not a single print has sold? What's up with that? Tip for consumers:Difficult to get answers to the simplest question's Products used:They appear to be selling my as well as other's art with out compensating us artist Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

Anybody Artpal'd Around?

WooHoo! Artpal! This is great! I thought. What a great opportunity! I can make sales for free! I'll put all my paintings out there for people to see and Artpal will be a pal and do nice prints and framing and pricing and shipping for me! So easy! And FREE! But. I don't ever think anybody's ever seen anything ever that I've ever put on Artpal ever. You have to shower your paintings in dollar bills like a gentleman's club if you want each painting to actually ever crawl around on the stage for 4 minutes and get seen by 10 to 20 people sitting in a dark corner at lunch hour that may not may not be interested. And. There was this one painting in particular that I knew my daughter liked alot. I thought ooh yes I can enlarge it and gift her with it on a nice thick canvas. So. I tried to use the service I'd spent so many hours photographing my art for, to send a canvas print to my daughter in San Francisco for Christmas last year, 2021. This will be nice to see how the other end works, I thought. What's it like to be the customer of Artpal? The art buyer! Anyway. I guess the address got autochanged somehow or something on the order at the last milasecond before I pressed send or something? I did notice the program trying to rearrange what I'd typed and having to go back in and retype it once, but, I thought I'd caught and corrected it already and The next thing you know. I noticed the sending address was all funky in tracking immediately and I paused everything to help out, let them know and e mail them right away that I knew that order wasn't going anywhere. Nobody in shipping caught that there was a PO Box AND an apt. #? Maybe shipping's not their thing. So the guy I emailed was just having a bad life, I guess, because he was more accusatory and venomous than one bad day creates in a person. He was unwilling to send it to the correct address and said it would be at a post office somewhere. Well, THAT never happened so I wonder where it ever ended up after almost a year? I have emailed them many many times and they have never responded since the initial response. So finally. I contacted the Better Business Bureau recently, (I really just wanted to resolve it with Artpal) and they tried contacting Artpal twice and couldn't get them either. That's it for the BBB. Case closed. The print and shipping costs were expensive though and I still want her to have it and I wanted her to send pics so I could see what the quality looked like and get her opinion if she was happy with it or not and check out the whole operation and everything and and I never got to see anything and I never got my money back and, well, I'm mad about it. I am curious, though. Has anyone else had any kind of interaction with Artpal? Artist, buyer, voyeur other, Lawyer? Actually. Has anybody ever even HEARD of Artpal? Ever?

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things:
* Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.).
* Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook.
* If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.).
