I have placed two recent orders for Pilot pens.Both were shipped securey and elegantly wrapped.The pens were in perfect shape, the deliveries prompt.Summary: good prices, excellent service.Will be buing aain.

First order but most definitely wont be the last, the pen I wanted was out of stock and I'd requested nib work/check done prior. Was communicated with and warned of 3 week delay, in end was only two week and shipment to UK was super-quick and fully informed by both DHL and Appelboom at every stage the package details and whereabouts until it arrived at my door.Pen was beautiful but most importantly the nib was super super smooth and lovely and juicy wet as the broad nib should be, The ink left in the pens converter enabled me to do a very quick check before those last drops ran out.Ink was so nice I emailed and asked what the ink was not expecting a response till post the weekend.. Amazed that the director responded that evening with the ink details.. above and beyond Appelboom.I've not even needed to mention the two mini-stroopwaffels placed in the box.

A great customer experience as they are superb at communicating and going that extra mile for their customer. My recent purchase was not in stock but they were in touch with the manufacturer immediately. When shipped the packaging was of a quality not often seen these days. The manufacturers box was over wrapped with their own paper and inset into their branded display box. My third different pen purchase in the last couple of months. I would’ve hesitated buying an Italian pen if not for the nib tune and smooth service. The Leonardo Officina Dodici arrived carefully packaged and the nib perfectly tuned. Even though Appelboom is across the pond, it feels like a local store.

Great experience. First purchase here, of a Montblanc pen. Retailers in the US do not carry the pen, and Appelboom's price was a couple hundreds lower than what Montblanc charges. Pen arrived sealed, with filled-in warranty, superbly packaged, with a nice thank you note, in less than a week. Highly recommended.

The OH #08 arrived yesterday. A unique and gorgeous fountain pen. Beautifully designed and machined to perfection, with a discernible heft, durability, and overall premium quality. I inked it today and its Fine 18K gold nib is a smooth, not too wet / not too dry writer. The #08 is now a member of my ‘Holy Grail’ pens, as well as my top 3 fountain pen writers. As for Appelbloom, this was my first order. Premium service, good prices, and prompt delivery - in short, a superb shopping experience. ***** 100% recommended.

I have twice ordered an expensive pen, and had the disfortune of issues with the postal service on both occasions. Fortunately i did not have to worry much with the excellent customer service provided by Joost. My special thanks to their nib specialist Anabelle. She saved a mangled nib, and reground it to a most buttery, yet crisp, 0.7mm stub nib. Definitely worth it!

I received a Pelikan fountainpen from Joost and his team. It was nicely wrapped and included sweets a nice touch! All emails were clear and concise and I was given a delivery date. Canadian Customs was efficient and effective as well and with a small customs fee payed the package was delivered intact by DHL two days early. I recently ordered a Filofax Personal Compact Calypso ring planner from Appelboom. I have ordered from this company before, but it’s been awhile. I was perusing their website when I came across this discontinued model and was quite surprised to see it on their website. Shipping to the United States was faster than expected, and it was packaged very carefully with attention to detail. Communication from the company was clear an instantaneous. Overall, the whole shopping experience was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again!

Amazing package and customer service!Thank you for the lovely extra touches with my order. I bought the Leonardo Momento Magico in EF (with custom nib tuning and smoothing) + additional ink. It took only 3 days from Netherlands to Australia, when it was ready to ship. So impressed when the I opend the box - beautifully and so neatly wrapped with lovely paper and the golden Appelbloom logo. All was perfectly intact and well packaged. The bonus was two Stroopwafel mini sweets which we enjoyed so much! It was a lovely added touch from the Netherlands, considering the distance this package went.
