Is apparelbus.com Legit?

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AWFUL. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN AND RECEIVE A REFUND FOR SHIRTS I BOUGHT SINCE THE DAY I RECEIVED THEM 5 DAYS AGO. CALLS, EMAILS, SITE-BASED CHAT...NO ACTION. AT THIS POINT I'M SEEKING ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.

Wonderful company to do business with. Great pricing,fast service. No issues as of yet to test customer support. They certainly have me for a customer!

The shirts I ordered fit true to size and excellent quality. The shipping and delivery of the shirts was very quick. I will definitely order from them again!

I recently placed an order with ApparelBus and unfortunately ran into an issue. My billing and shipping addresses didn’t match because I was shipping items to a printing company I work with, which is a common practice for me. Despite explaining the situation and offering verification, my order was delayed, and I was told they couldn’t ship to a different address.I understand the importance of policies, but this experience was frustrating because I needed the items urgently. I ultimately had to cancel the order, which has caused an inconvenience, as now I need to wait for the refund before purchasing again.I’m giving 3 stars because while their customer service did respond quickly, I felt the lack of flexibility and inability to resolve the issue was disappointing. Policies are important, but exceptions for verified customers could improve the experience.

They are great. Had a tiny issue last week but Jason was kind enough to quickly solve it. I’ve been with ApparelBus for some time and I recommend.

Jason was absolutely great! This was my second time using ApparelBus to order my blank apparel. Jason was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions. I placed 2 large orders and he was always available when I called! Will continue to use in the future!!

I ordered 250 Delta t-shirts in two different colors two weeks ago for under $1 per shirt plus shipping. I thought this sounds like it is too good to be true and was really skeptical about the quality. The shirts arrived within one week in multiple packets and everything was in great quality.

The prices are great, but like the saying goes....you get what you pay for. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have called, texted, emailed and tried to do the live chat and no one is answering or responding to me. I have items missing from my order. Not cool.

Quality, service and price are all great. The embroidery was well done and free of errors. Customer service made sure the order was filled to spec. Will be using them in future

Horrible communication - said that my order was on hold because my billing and shipping address were not the same (PORCH PIRATES ANYBODY?? Helllloooooooo?) - Tried and left messages ON PHONE VOICEMAIL, TEXT CHAT and E-MAIL.....never got a message or call or E-Mail back.The gentleman who FINALLY DID answer the phone had mentioned something about a systems hack and that they had cancelled my order! Makes me wonder how safe my credit card and personal information are right now.They did NOT offer to reinstate my order for me and they also did not offer me a discount. Strongly suggest purchasing elsewhere

Getting hard to find Gildan Hivis shirts locally. Found Apparelbus on the web and prices were decent so I ordered them. Got them in a timely manner and I am happy with the purchase. Will definitely order again when I need more.

I luv the 3/4 women's white shirts, I wear a 42D so I ordered the 2X, it was perfect and still have room and not tight but comfortable. The best part they were very affordable but the quality of the shirt feel and looks nice. Thank you so much for making it affordable for me and others who needs uniform shirts for work, in my case for front desk Security position, God bless your company

Since I did not count the batch of 300 hats, I realized that I was short 25 hats. Due to the fact that this mistake would cost me $260, I was stressed. Since the purchase began, it seemed as if too much time had passed. However, I was able to contact Jason and he provided me with excellent service. Upon receiving the 25 hats, I was given the option of receiving a refund or receiving another shipment of 25 hats.

Jason was extremely helpful, as a matter of fact this the second year that I’ve placed a large order with him! Not only is Jason helpful, but also professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented! Jason has earned my business and hopefully he can do the same for you! Highly recommend….

I ordered approximately 300 long sleeve shirts and received them quickly and per order. Apparelbus had the best prices that I had found.

Everything has been great that we have ordered! Fast shipping and receiving! It’s not always 2 days like advertised, but it is faster than most! Every time I have had to contact customer service, it’s been the same guy and he’s been the absolute best help and very kind! I love that!! The only thing I can say is the tracking stuff is never right. Sometimes I don’t get the email until after I have already gotten my stuff, but I don’t really mind because I always get my orders pretty quickly! Will definitely continue to use them! Oh, and they have the best prices!!
