Just wanted to thank Peter for his patience and expertise in getting my laptop up and running again. I had no idea how to fix the problem but he walked me through what had happened explaining each part of the process. I'm so grateful to know that excellent technical support is only a phone call away.
easy to reach a human being for support.Handled ALL my concerns and called back when completed.personable and helpful. tech expertise
Elliot Smith was a pleasure to work with. Anytec365 is the best tec help you can find.
Peter Smith was very clam and measured in finding my network connection problem. He stayed with the problem until it was solved and was very professional during the process which was laborious. I greatly appreciated his assistance. Carmen F Trahan
Peter Smith was patient, smart, and efficient in resolving several problems today including setting up gmail account within Outlook. I have been with Anytech365 for about 10 years, first through Panda, and now directly. In recent years, their willingness to go beyond security to fixing other vexing problems having giving me a strong sense of having a backup team for problems I can create couple times a year. Peter, James, Luna have rescued me when other "support" companies have created problems.
Peter Smith is a wizard! I didn't know what was wrong; I don't know why I even tried to figure it out with my level of computer know-how :) He went through a thorough inspection and fixed it all. One problem was the anti-virus was turned off somehow(?) Anyway, I SO appreciate his knowledge and skill at getting this up and running again. THANK YOU!!
Peter Smith was very calm, measured and extremely helpfull when carrying the work he had undertaken on my transition from old to new computer
Peter is extremely patient and makes everything easy to understand. Very knowledgeable. Super nice guy.
James Milsen is a PC Guru; I have never seen anyone as knowledgeable as James. His perseverance is second to none and so is his knowledge. My short experience with AnyTech365 is nothing short of admiration of your staff. Thank you for your fantastic support. Chris Blake.
ONCE AGAIN JAMES MALSON COMES UP TRUMPS. I MESS MY COMPUTER UP AND HE FIXES IT. ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.KEN ARMSTRONG
Peter Smith did an outstanding job of reviewing my entire PC for known and potential threats. I am very pleased with his very knowledgeable support in identifying and eliminating problem issues.
We bought Driver Updater software via PC Helpsoft. After the software was downloaded and installed the mouse and keyboard didn’t work. Even after several restarts. We called the support number mentioned on invoice which happened to be AnyTech365. They were very poor help. Kept asking same questions. Didn’t come with any solution. They promised to call back but didn’t. Vey unsatisfactory. The number we called was: + 45 78 73 06 74.
They are great for helping you with your computer problems, but when it comes down to getting a refund and a confirmation letter that you are getting the refund and not being charged for the next month for an item that you cancelled in August, the person that takes care of your account does not phone you back. I find that not acceptable.
This is a summary of my past recent involvement with the company. I've had several severe problems that I couldn't solve on my own. With the help of J Wilson, L Bishop, L Peterson, S Canton and D Williams, I was able to solve them. Thanks to their excellent training I am very pleased.
Very happy with the service of Leonard & peter

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

Anytech365 claims to be the technical arm of PANDA ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE, which I have been paying $ 19.99 a month for years they charge me $275.00 for a renewal of PANDA for 6 months. being a 71 year old disable senior becoming alarmed with no computer protection I agreed to this offer. The next day I find on the computer the software cost $39.95 and the reason I called because of computer program problems that night. The computer wasn't fixed my "cursor was still acting wacky". I find on SCAM-DETECTOR.COM ANYTECH365.COM HAS A 78.7 RATING OUT OF 1-100 FACTOR. It has taken me a month and many phone calls to get reimbursement not yet received.
AnyTech365 is a company that acts as tech support but in reality is just a scam. They make up fake-problems and then try to make inexperienced users pay to solve those problems.
They said they were going to charge me for something I did not want. When I called to complain they apologized and said they would not charge me but they would have to dial into my computer to remove some software that they had installed. That's when the trouble started. They hijacked my computer and changed my keyboard and passwords. Luckily I disconnected everything before they could get any money out of my accounts. (They did try) It cost me over $100 to correct the passwords and keyboard, but I guess I really came off lucky compared to what could have happened.
I don't know why this isn't flagged as a total scam because I believe it is. In my experience it is a scam. I never heard of this company and then I get emails, "Congratulations! You're signed up for another year of protection for $248.95..." I called my bank and reported them.
I have been trying to prevent this company from circling the water around me for several years. If you have had a positive experience, I am delighted! Not being tech minded, I was initially sold a once in a lifetime membership for $1.250K. I cancelled and have been pursued for several years since. It was in a moment of weakness...a widow, etc. It's been as much my fault for falling for the con in the first place. If it's legitimate, I stand corrected and will admit it..but, I felt fleeced and it hurt my pride...you always think YOU'LL not fall victim, and, then you do.
I recently used Driver Booster 9(which had previously worked up until today) and it disabled my PCs ability to see my home internet network. I googled Driver Booster 9 customer support, and it lead me to AnyTech65. After a few minutes of holding, they gave me the option of holding or getting a call back. I chose call back, and they did a few minutes later. I was speaking with someone Indian who spoke decent English and that she sent me an email wanting to remote into my pc to help solve the problem. I allowed it and within 30 seconds they had emailed me something else which they opened and installed. Once it was finished, my computer starting giving warnings of malware detected but she said don't worry about it. She then proceeded to delete my antivirus software. I tried to end the connection but had to unplug my PC to stop her. My computer was bricked. I called back and they said they could sell me a $499 fix. DONT BE DUMB LIKE ME.
I had anytech 365 a couple of years ago I had an older CP and I got an alert to upgrade my microsoft account and when I turned off the CP it came back on very slow and I got a notice from anytech 365 that they could take care of it so I tried them and it helped quite a bit and after I paid them and after that every couple of months my CP would do all sorts of weird things that I could not control so I would have to call and they would charge me and fix it for a little while I finally got a new CP and called them to cancel the subscription and they said theyn would send a confirmation email and they never did and I have had the new cp for about a year and cannot open any of my e-mail acc and I have 4 acc without the-mail I can't do anything with my CP I have talked to anytech several times about my old acc with them and they say it has been cancelled but since I cannot open my e-mail I am sure they have not sent me a confirmation yet I know they have bugged my CP is there anything I can get done about this thanks my pho is 618-724-4189 and 618-438-1001 Please call me
I have a AntiVirus Protection Program called "Panda" that I purchased in 2016 and just realized that it no longer worked. I searched Panda on the Internet to get a phone number. When I found it AnyTech365 was attached to it and said call us for help. I did and she told me that the company that sold it to me went out of business and no longer supported it, (which I figured out when I couldn't scan my PC any longer.) She was nice and asked if i was having issues and what they were. I told her and let her control my PC to check it out. 45 min. later she said I had a lot of issues and offered a Program that could fix all my problems. After seeing the prices, I said I had to think about it. Her attitude flipped like a switch and accused me of wasting her time! Asking me why I called if I didn't want help! Becoming very nasty with me. Immediately she began closing down the windows she had opened and then hung up on me. I don't know yet if she did anything bad or damaging to my PC in her anger, but if I had thought quicker I would have hit the Power Button and shut off my PC before she finished. Thank God I didn't purchase anything. So now I have to wait and see, and look for a reputable Virus Program.
I used driver updater to help install a non-HP printer in my new pc. Suddenly, on comes this guy into a inquiry I made and he\'s from AnyTech 365. He offers to help and next thing I know, I have all kinds of problems and a malware, according to him. I was in shock, worried about my banking account. he wanted to sell me protection and I chose the cheapest one. He said that wouldn\'t do and sold me a 5 year package for $1539. then he had to clean my computer and it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later it was still running, so I called his number and they hung up on me . My Robokiller said the number was a scam. I got on my old computer and looked up ANYtech 365. Well, needless to say, I was LIVID. I shut down the scan and immediately got a call from someone else. he was yelling something and I informed him that I thought they were scamming me and I did not want their package and he hung up on me. I then emailed the company and informed them that I changed my mind as I thought they were a scam and that I was notifying my bank. Like other people, I worried about hacks and everything else going on.Shame on me for letting anyone I did not know into my computer. I aked my Copilt about AnyTech 365 and it told me that they were known for shady practices. Buyers beware !!! Hopefully, I don\'t lose my money.
