Is animaker.com Legit?

I used this app to create my wedding invite, and I must say the experience was great overall! Initially, I faced some issues when I first used it last year, but Ashik’s prompt and helpful responses made everything much easier to coordinate. A year later, I had to revisit the app, and the team went above and beyond to assist me retrospectively, which was truly appreciated. The app also boasts some fantastic features like character building that make designing invites fun and seamless. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a creative and supportive platform for their event invitations!

Animaker is easy to use and fun. I used it for a school project where I di not want to be on the video, so this worked perfectly. The only thing I could not figure out was how to tab my bullet points when I was making lists.

Sneaky charges! I feel scammed! I am very disappointed with my experience with Animaker. In the past, I had downloaded the program and used it once. Apparently I unknowingly opted for a subscription. Five days before the renewal of this subscription I didn’t realize I had, I received an email stating that 300 euros would be charged; however, this email went to my spam folder, so I didn’t see it. Despite never actively using their program, my subscription was unexpectedly renewed, and 300 euros were charged.When I reached out on the day of the charge and explained that I was in the hospital with my father, who had just suffered a stroke, and therefore hadn’t checked my spam folder, the company showed absolutely no flexibility or goodwill. Their refusal to show understanding or offer any accommodation in this exceptional situation has left me with a very negative impression. I feel scammed!

This is my first time using Animaker, and I found it really user friendly and easy to pick up - no need to do any tutorials if you've worked with similar video editing apps before. The character selection and poses are excellent and the AI text to speech is very natural sounding! Love the wide variety of templates. My video will look super professional once I am done with it thanks to Animaker, and the cost is very reasonable compared to its competitors.

I requested a free trial to see if this service would meet my needs before committing to a subscription. In response, they offered me a 4-day trial—but only if I left a review on three different sites before gaining access. Since I hadn't even used the product yet, they were essentially asking for a fake review. This approach left me questioning their priorities and credibility.

I have a very great experience using it, it’s easy to navigate and I was able to create cool animation that are useful for my work even with the free version. It’s one of the best animation maker app out there. Kudos

I am a retired systems analyst (and PhD psychology professor). I have loads of application experience and I found Animaker cumbersome and frustrating to use. The system crashed every now and then. My exports froze. I had a hard time deleting slides in the middle and then having to constantly realign the voice recordings. I didn't feel like the tutorials were very helpful. I thought it would get faster and easier the more I used it (and it did a little) but the slowness of compiling and replaying my video edits was annoying and one little 15 minute video took me months to complete. There has got to be an easier way!

The support team is quick and efficient to help regardless of the time of day. They troubleshoot with me, never get impatient and don't give up till my ticket is resolved. The program itself is my favorite program of ALL to work on.

I like all of the different options of ethnicities, hair and physical features. It does not like take too long to do the videos. I am very new to the website but so far it has be pretty straightforward. You do have to click around to familiarize yourself with the options if you do not watch the tutorials.

Animaker is an easy to use, creative content creation platform. I have been using it for a month now and have made some incredible educational health videos. The addition of the 'narrator' is something I have not come across and there are a range of characters at your disposal. The customer support is also prompt and effective.
