amazon.co.uk Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives amazon.co.uk one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 85.7. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 85.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to amazon.co.uk's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning amazon.co.uk, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between amazon.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of amazon.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of amazon.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. amazon.co.uk is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether amazon.co.uk has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether amazon.co.uk boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, amazon.co.uk.

Have read several of the recent reviews, and I concur!Amazon itself is a good resource, but the delivery lets them down, as it does so many other companies.Deliveries (even Prime) won't come to my front door, they usually toss it over my garden gate, and I have to trudge up there to collect it myself, and it is some distance. The other major flaw is it is impossible to contact Amazon directly. If it doesn't work within their narrow parameters, then forget it. The customer service is terrible, as is the online bot.I too will order market place items only if Prime is not available.
Typical criminal activity at Amazon.Ordered a phone. £340. When l opened it....tanning lotion boxes!Thankfully i do not trust Amazon to deliver expensive goods. I recorded myself opening the package!Of course l hadvto travel several miles to a post office to return the goods.Customer services were ok....but it felt like theft of goods at Amazon is endemic and there is just a shrug by Amazon accepting this.Record opening expensive goods via Amazon. Or insist on opening the item with the delivery person witnessing.
2 stars to support some of their employees who are worked like slaves. What can I say about the rest of it...you lose 2 of my packages "in transit" and I have a nerve-fraying battle to obtain a refund; you refuse to publish my reviews for a reason that probably God doesn't even know, I presume it is something extremely irrational based on extreme wokism "oh you can't say that". I will say what I want, thank you very much. Your call centers appear to utilise the communication technologies of the 1930's. You put tiny things in massive cardboard envelopes- a few times I have had to retrieve something from the recycling bin when I've realised that I didn't see it. My cats are always especially intrigued by the massive box that someone could probably live in, containing another box in the corner and a small forest of brown paper. I do not need cat food to be "shipped in Amazon packaging"- this is just very, very, silly- yet the other day some medical patches were delivered to me with no packaging whatsoever, on top of a box containing toilet rolls.
We should be allowed to have a zero-star review. The delivery driver insists on leaving parcels at the dustbin or in fact, anywhere. There is someone in every day. They could try ringing the doorbell and wait for an answer. They came today with two parcels and they delivered one to the outside WC and asked me to re-schedule the delivery of the other while, all the time we sat in waiting for them to come. As my wife is housebound there is someone in 24 hours a day you will get a response. If you have trouble finding the door bell, please don't hesitate to knock on the door.
Absolute garbage, over the last couple of years amazon has become one of the worst delivery companies in the world. Nearly every package you order goes missing and never arrives with status your shipment is delayed now expected never come back after never for a refund. Absolute joke of a company, not so long ago I ordered a toy for my son who has autism and he was eagerly waiting with anticipation but when it arrived 3 days late and to our dismay we recieved a Stanley scraper in the box, appalling. Stick with reputable company's like argos with real and honest reviews.
I am being generous giving it 1 as trustpilot won't let me give a zero. I tried to open an account as a new customer. Twice I ordered after being declined and being told to reapply as my newly opened account was suspicious. So twice declined as a new customer, Don't they want new customers? Absolutely abysmal. Waiting to see if I do get refunds. Never again. I would never recommend Amazon now. Looking at trustpilot feedback I can see other annoyed customers.Awful
Where to begin with Amazon's utterly incompetent delivery service. Selected a local Post Office Amazon Counter which closes at 5pm yet the driver attempted delivery after it was closed. The following day, the same fiasco and I can't change pickup venue. Why would Amazon offer these delivery locations if they can't deliver before closing time? Seems Amazon management haven't given any thought to that point, wasting customer and delivery driver time. I've given up and will let it run it's course and wait for a refund due non-delivery - not my fault Amazon. I can't recommend using Post Office Amazon Counter as a delivery venue.
Recently, something broke down at Amazon, and now they don't care about anything or anyone. They're just focused on collecting money, and that's all that matters to them. I talked to customer service for an hour, and in the end, the woman said she would cancel my order because they won't deliver it. This is some kind of pathetic joke. I'm slowly done with ordering from Amazon—I have no intention of getting sick over this!
I tracked the delivery van to my street on the tracking map . Suddenly i got a notification saying " parcel delivered / handed to resident " . I was baffled as there i was , expecting a knock at the door any second , which hadn't come . This is the first time i've had a " phantom parcel " from amazon , but once is enough . It left a bad taste in my mouth . They issued a refund but where clueless about the package and unable to even directly ask the courier who they handed it too . Needless to say , i've been using ebay and argos a lot more these days
I just had cat food delivered from Amazon. It arrived when expected and in good condition. It was a "prime day" bargain, so I ordered as much as I could store. I don't usually leave reviews here, because they encourage reviews on their own website, and I see enough negative reviews to trust the good ones. In fact, the negative reviews warn me of the product's weaknesses so that I can make an informed decision.Always had reasonable service, and they have kept me informed about delivery, if the product was being delivered from Amazon warehouses.
My main issue is the customer service. I've used Amazon for years and I use it a lot. Recently bought a larger, heavy item which was damaged. When I tried to return, what a nightmare. Told by Amazon (when I eventually made contact) , that my contract wasn't with them but with a third party seller and basically I was at the sellers mercy. Have to pay the return postage, even though the item is damaged. Surely the whole point of buying through Amazon is to make issues like this easy for the customer. I will be buying direct from the seller from now on and not through Amazon as it's cheaper and less hassle.
Got to say……. What has happened? So i recently ordered a product that worked once and now faulty, no way of returning. And ordered something through PRIME NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND DELAYED 2days!!! In my opinion not the customer care support as previously experienced
IF I COULD GIVE AMAZON A NEGATIVE VALUE I WOULD. WHAT A BUNCH OF USELESS!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! PATHETIC!! SINGLE BRAIN CELL ORGANISMSTHEY ARE!!!!!I ORDERED A GOLFING GLOVE FOR MY HUSBAND THAT YOU TOLD US EXPLICITLY WOULD ARRIVE TODAY,M THE 24TH JULY 2024. I NOW GET A MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL ARRIVE ON THE 26TH OF JULY, THE DAY AFTER HIS BIRTHDAY!!!!!!! THE DAY AFTER HE NEEDS IT FOR THE 6 A.M. TEE OF I HAVE ARRANGED FOR HIM TOMORROW MORNING ON HIS BIRTHDAY !!!!! HIS BIRTHDAY IS NOW RUINED, HE GETS TO PLAY GOLF ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR AND HAS BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS FOR WEEKS AND YOUR UNCARING PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY HAS RUINED HIS DAY. I HOPE YOU ALL DIE FROM A VERY SLOW VERY NASTY DESEASE THAT AFFECTS YOUR FAMILY FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!
Worst company ever! I was charged for a Prime subscription without even signing up for it. Customer service is a joke—it's hard to navigate and actually talk to someone. On top of that, none of my heavily discounted Prime Day orders were delivered. They are scamming everyone
I ordered a bird bath. I also asked for delivery to be to my back door if I was not in. The package was delivered today and left on my front doorstep - clearly visible from the road and footpath. The package is too heavy for me to move it and it will have to wait until my friend comes tomorrow to move it. I have tried to contact Amazon by phone and email I did not manage to speak to a human, Amazon's webpage does not allow one to address problems of couriers not following instructions and my email (with a photo showing my instructions and also showing that the package was left at my front door - was returned as undeliverable - Amazon does not seem to have an email address! An email address would be a great help.
My son in law purchased a 40 pack of GP ultra AA batteries for me on the so called prime day sale earlier this month for the sale price of £10:99 for 40. surprise surprise they are selling at £9:99 right now and NOT A MENTION OF PRIME MEMBERS SALE .absolute rip off merchants.
I live in a block of 50 + apartments. Many of the residents purchase goods through Amazon. Over the last 6 months the delivery service has got worse and worse with delivery people just dumping parcels outside the building despite notices politely asking them to deliver to the apartment the item is addressed to. There are different delivery people almost every day, many of whom don't appear to speak English very well. And it is impossible to complain to Amazon about the poor service.
Literally ordered hundreds of different items and only twice have I received faulty goods. Always quick and promot delivery. I do wish the drivers would deliver to the door instead of leaving items outside though.
I used to love Amazon but the service has been appalling lately. As a Prime member I pay for the convenience of quick delivery and returns but it has been anything but. I ordered a pair of jeans that were sent to me 3 times in the wrong size. The returns process was an utter nightmare, customer service agents lied to me about a refund, my online account was completely inaccurate and no one know what they were doing. I'm still waiting for the refund. Buying a pair of jeans should not be this difficult. There was no one to lodge a complaint with and I'm still out of pocket. It shouldn't take 14 days to refund a payment, especially when the whole thing was a complete farce to begin with.
Awful customer service with no interest in doing the right thing.Ordered something on amazon prime day, they lost the parcel but said it was delivered anyway because they couldnt be bothered, got told I had to wait 72 hours for an investigation and to call back then (presumably they are incapable of keeping time as well as parcels so they couldn't ring me). Called them back and they arranged a refund even though asked for a replacement, the reason became clear when i went to reorder, the price was now 30% more. What a joke, encase your interested no i did not buy it at the higher price.

Amazon is a big liar... shoes sent in wrong size, no refund just taking money from you! I ordered shoes in the right size, Amazon seem to correct this and at end they charge you multiple times and not refund you for their own mistakes! DON'T ORDER THIS AT AMAZON! They are not able to correct their mistakes... Tip for consumers:Amazon is a big liar... shoes sent in wrong size, no refund just taking money from you! “Customer Service Nightmare”

The product I received was missing a crucial part that was not mentioned in the item description. When I contacted Amazon UK to request the missing part, they initiated a return process without confirming with me first. During this process, they assured me that if I had a receipt for the return shipping, they would refund the full amount, saying, "Please rest assured, we will refund the full amount including the return shipping cost if you provide the receipt." However, after I actually returned the item to Amazon UK and the package reached them, Amazon UK did not acknowledge receiving the return item at all. When I emailed them the official email receipt for the return shipping that I obtained from the carrier, Amazon UK responded for the first time, stating that they only accept a "physical" receipt for the return shipping and thus cannot process the refund. This requirement is not stated anywhere in Amazon UK's refund policy or in the instructions for returns. It seemed to me that Amazon UK was making unreasonable excuses because they did not want to issue a refund. Despite numerous email inquiries, I only received templated responses that did not address my questions. The same dismissive treatment occurred during online chat sessions where they abruptly ended the chat after stating they only accept "physical" receipts. I have done a lot of online shopping before, but this is the first time I have been treated so unfairly and poorly. I never expected such treatment from Amazon. Both the returned item and the return shipping were quite expensive, so I am now very afraid they will not refund me at all. When I returned items to Amazon JP, they promptly refunded me, including the return shipping costs. The service from Amazon UK is vastly different. Their handling feels worse than dealing with a scam site; it's like talking to a brick wall. It's terrifying that even though the return item has long been delivered to Amazon UK, they haven't acknowledged receiving it. Are they really going to claim they haven't received the return package and refuse to refund me? This is terrifying. I regret trusting Amazon UK's words, "Please rest assured, we will refund the full amount including the return shipping," and I wish I hadn't returned the item in the first place. Tip for consumers:They don't honor their promises, don't give proper answers to questions, so it's best not to trust what they say. Their return process is also handled so poorly. It's like dealing with thieves. I recommend avoiding purchasing expensive items from them. Products used:Makita Mixer Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Plasma Ball Broken after 5 months... No return option. Put it in the bin!”

Bought a Plasma Ball from Amazon. It broke after 5 months. Essentially nothing can be done, No refund option. Essentially its gone beyond the 90 day warranty period which basically means tough. I used to think there was a 12 month warranty on any product I bought in the UK however this is not the case. Be very careful using amazon! I used to use them a lot but thankfully this has taught me a lesson and it only cost me Seventeen pounds for the privilege. I will use a reputable seller in future. Tip for consumers:Be weary - most products now have only a 90 day warranty..Not so bad when its a cheap item like this but ordering through Amazon and spending a lot more money on a product that is not covered after 90 days! could prove costly.. Products used:Plasma Ball Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Irresponsible and Excessive Packaging”

I'm absolutely appalled by the amount of packaging they are using at them monument. Items getting packed in separate boxes which could easily have been put in the same box and then padded out with extra paper. What a ridiculous waste! I know they're going to say the boxes and paper are recycled and recyclable but what they are clearly failing to acknowledge is that the recycling process itself burns huge amounts or energy! They also dont have a proper customer complaints and feedback service. Perhaps the only way to get through to them is to alert Greenpeace and get them on the case. Clearly the only option they are leaving us is to publicly expose and humiliate them. I will be boycotting them from now on!

“Don't trust them to deliver on time”

Today is Friday 22 December and some family are visiting from the other side of the country and we are having an early Christmas as they are only here for the day. On Sunday I ordered a number of items from Amazon. Being a Prime member I arranged for delivery today and took the day off work to wait for the parcel. Guess what? They will now deliver it 'before 4 January' - they can't / won't give me a reason and will not commit to delivering tomorrow so I have no gifts for my family. I am seriously frustrated and upset and will be seriously embarrassed tomorrow. Customer service is absolutely useless - fill in this form, attend this live chat, blah blah but absolutely no-one takes ownership and no-one seems to care. This is the third time that Amazon has done something like this to me so they clearly have not done enough to address the problem and this leads me to conclude that they simply don't care about you as a customer. Tip for consumers:If you need a gift or something for a special day rather buy it elsewhere or you may end up like me with nothing when Amazon let you down. So much for Prime! Service Shipping

“Worst company ever see”

Worst company ever see. Bought couple antennas and paid 21 february. 1st arrived its 26/02 but item stay 3 days milano italy. 05/03 change delivery day. Now more problem wit ups can't macho address, phone number etc. amazon say delivery day 05/03-19/03. Say sorry about delay and give me back shipping cost! China delivery more fast through nederland. What i say? Never buy again from amazon uk Im waiting bout month arrived on small packet from europe. AMAZING

“Piss poor customer service”

Trying to return a defective product, amazon arranged collection after many phone calls and online chats, but which didn't turn up. How many hours spent repeating the same information to different "customer service agents". Cancelling my accounts, life's too short... Tip for consumers:Cancelling my accounts Products used:None Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Good. No problems so far.”

All seem to be good with Amazon after i made a change on the delivery options, as i was tired to disturb neighbors about my thinks get send there without my approval. So far the average of purchases, offers and customer service are quite OK. Leave my review. Is 10 better than Ebay.

“I just want give a big thumbs up to amazon for saving...”

I just want give a big thumbs up to amazon for saving me a money on several items including a laptop (saved £60). Also top rate customer care. Refunded my broken hard drive without question. So professional and fast communications.

“Rubbish service and company”

Ordered an air fryer from them back in September and still waiting for it despite being given 3 delivery dates for this, been onto their customer services department ( don't know why they call it that as you get no service) and have had nothing more than lies, excuses and apologies, absolutely ridiculous service, do yourselves a favour people and use a reputable company for shopping Tip for consumers:Don't Service

“Awful”

Do not use this company they go under the name shop electronics run by save 4 less limited on amazon, i bought a dvd player from them, which broke after 2 months getting any kind of contact from them is impossible trying to get a fixed replaced player is impossible they are rude and just ignore all my emails

“Excellent site!”

Excellent site! They've actually become my first choice for ANYTHING. Shipping is always extremely fast and their prices are great. I don't mind the delivery cost if it gets the item here quickly and in great condition :)

“I'm very very pleased with the products, the speedy...”

I'm very very pleased with the products, the speedy delivery and pretty much everything! I only have a beef with their Kindle books as they're more expensive than in the US or on amazon.com, but that can't be helped. It's an amazing company nonetheless.

“Love it”

Cured me of my eBay addiction. If there's s problem, it's soon sorted and email answers are prompt and done by human beings - unlike eBay. Goods on Amazon are often duplicated on eBay, but far more expensive. Love Amazon prime - next and same day delivery when you've forgotten those birthdays! And sellers rarely use Hermes couriers which is a big plus.

“If you try Amazon Prime, make sure u cancel it on time”

If you try Amazon Prime, make sure u cancel it on time. You've got the opportunity to try it as many times as you want but cancel it straightaway, otherwise you will be automatically charged after a month. Overall it's ok because as soon as I've called them asking for my money back, they've cancelled the transaction! They really care about their customers! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Have had only had good experiences when purchases have...”

Have had only had good experiences when purchases have been made directly from Amazon. However I've had some terrible experiences with resellers - like books simply never turning up. Amazon washed their hands of any responsibility, no even responding to feedback about dodgy retailers. Beware!

“Don't value your custom for over 15 years!”

Don't value your custom for over 15 years! Send out rude/inflammatory emails asking why your return products! Well if they didn't send out faulty/poor quality items or not to brand standard, then customers would not have to return! Maybe they should familiarise their selves with the Consumers rights act 2015, of their customers have a right to return! Rude customer services! Won't be my first go to point to shop going forward! Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Rhythmic Running and the Disconnected State”

In a fast-paced world where everything and everyone is moving at or near the speed of light, we often get caught up in the brain chatter that tends to obstruct what is truly important to us: being in the moment and attracting into our lives the forces of positivity that can propel us forward. Are you thinking of that last board meeting, the accuracy of a spreadsheet, or the next appointment with your boss? Are you distracted by your cell phone, tablet, e-mails or faxes? If so, there's a place for you.

“Lies lies lies!”

Lies lies lies! Lies lies lies! I like may others pay a yearly subscription fee for a "prime membership". I've lost count of how many times that "service" has failed me. Today being the latest. Not only has my parcel not turned up, but I also received a message saying "failed delivery attempt", when no attempt was made whatsoever. I know this as I waited in all day, and am now expected to waste another day tomorrow waiting around again. Tip for consumers:Liars Products used:Several Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Beware of dodgy sellers, facilitated by Amazon”

Amazon allows chinese sellers that flog terrible quality items. Once you've waited a month for an item to arrive, if you want to send it back, you'll have to pay for shipping to China. In my case the dodgy seller gave a fake UK address for a return. Amazon don't step in to take action. Instead the dodgy seller can get away with doing nothing. No refund, no action. Beware! Tip for consumers:Be careful what you buy Products used:None. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Amazon website and customer service”

Finally found a means of sending Amazon a review. Had a couple of experiences recently with Amazon one blocking a genuine review because it impacted negatively on their own website and not the seller. I tried to place and order today and have gone through the qualify for free delivery I proceeded to checkout where 3 items would not be delivered to my address and de-selecting them was an ordeal that upset the entire order and reset things I had selected. My free delivery was now set to paid delivery and an item I had wanted 3 of was set to 1 something I did not spot until paid. I contacted customer service via chat to remedy the problem before order was processed too far. I was more or less called a liar and an idiot by the operator I was furious with the operator and ended up cancelling the entire order. Don't think I will be back anytime soon after this experience.

“Charging me for purchase not made and refuse to refund”

Amazon charge my card 2 x £77.60 (£145.20) without permission and with no purchase made and with 90 mins on customer service, there was no sympathy, zero customer ‘support' and no willing to help give me MY money. So much stress and very challenging to speak to anyone. Am out £145.20…. Why do I need to fight this unnecessary action that I can evidence? Service

“AmazonBasics 9 Piece Stainless Steel Induction Cookware Set, with Lids”

. On April 21, Easter Sunday 2019, while cooking I discovered that my new sauce pan, purchased Dec. 2018, had 5 small holes that had developed in it. This is the first time in my life to experience such a cheap and inferior product, which now causes real concern for the future health of my family, in thinking that this metal has entered into our food. I was lied to by Amazon and their phone calls are recorded. I found there is no resolution team and these pots ARE STILL on their site for others to buy. I was offered a £20. Promo voucher, which is insulting, and it can hardly be construed as a gesture of GOOD WILL. In the past 6 months I have made over 50 orders, and I don't feel that asking for a better set of pots in compensation is being unreasonable. Yet I've had 3 supervisors tell me this was impossible. How dangerous is this?

“Late deliveries”

Late deliveries. Wrong items delivered. No exchange. Amazon deliberately make it difficult to place orders without also buying Prime. The process is intentionally confusing making it an unpleasant and unnecessarily aggressive selling tactic. Prime Next Day Delivery? More like "If We Deliver Anything, It'll Be Late And Probably Not What You Wanted"

“Dangerous driverg”

Beware of Amazon drivers that that have no concept of road safety and total disregard for other road users safety. Luckily I have quick reactions or I would have been writing this from a hospital bed. I tried complaining to Amazon and they apparently have no way of knowing who the driver could have possibly been, even given the exact location and time of day. Unfortunately I was too shaken up to get registration number. It's a shame Amazon don't care that they employ reckless drivers.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. For Scam Detector readers exclusively, Guardio offers a 20% discount this week. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.

For the Black Friday promotion, Surfshark offers 86% off + up to 5 months free to Scam Detector readers. You can get the deal only this week HERE or by clicking the button below. stop third parties to track my device button

Are You the Owner of amazon.co.uk?

If you own amazon.co.uk, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence. When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things: * Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.). * Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook. * If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.). We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
