Is alycandy.com Legit?

I have ordered face masks from this site on a number of occasions, because I was very satisfied with their comfort, fit, and protection. In Sept., I placed an order for $100 worth of masks. On the web site, they looked like the usual design. Three weeks later, I reached out to the company to find out why I had received an email notifying me that the status of the order had been updated to "delivered" when I had not in fact received them. I received several emails over the next week asking for the same information over and over again and promising to "escalate" my case. I eventually received an email from someone claiming to be an executive stating that the supply chain had caused the delay in delivery. I suddenly received my order two days later (shipped from NY). The entire design of the masks had changed. The material was cheaper, so the masks now gapped at the top and bottom. Instead of comfortable tube elastic threaded through a casement, the masks now had cheap, thin, flat elastic tacked to the corners. As a result, the masks now gapped at the sides, as well. I complained again. The alleged executive promised to send me the same order done in the original style. That was in October. I'm still waiting and out $100. Dear reader, learn from my mistake. Do not order masks from this untrustworthy, duplicitous seller.

Every time I contacted them to cancel the order always had to wait for them to talk to "higher up".then i did investigation about their help nu and i found their help i was able to get in touch with customer service rep who helped me

I have ordered from Alycandy several times since about May 2020. I have purchased about 50 masks, both for myself and gifts. I don't like wearing a mask, but it is required at work. I've found if I can wear a cute mask, it makes it more fun. I work in customer service, and often get compliments on my masks. I have so many different ones that I can usually find one to coordinate with what I'm wearing. The masks are cute, soft, comfortable, and the last batch I just ordered in September 2021 came with adjustable straps.

Although I love the mask designs it takes weeks for them to be delivered. Plan accordingly if you are purchasing for a gift or seasonally.

First got Halloween masks cause, favorite holiday XD Then really wanted some for Christmas cause why not celebrate what we can during this pandemic? Now I bought a few everyday ones, love them all! A quick wash and dry later, they all fit perfectly on my rounder face. I love being able to add a filter to them as well. These have been my go to for airports so I can layer a not so good fit below this one and it fits perfect.

I do not receive mail at my residence which can get sticky when ordering online. I did not realize that my order was coming via USPS and I should have put my P O Box number for the ship to address. I was notified by Alycandy that it was being sent back to them and when I told them the problem they were able to divert it to my P O Box saving me days and headaches so I could have Valentine masks for use before Valentines. 💖💗💓💕❤

Beautiful masks...If I need to wear them, I'm happy to purchase them from Alycandy. They are soft, beautiful colors, and have a great variety featuring my favorite animal - the owl! I am a clinical therapist who sees people in person and therefore I have to wear a mask most days. I've become known for the variety of owl masks I wear. The material is wonderful and doesn't make me feel as if I'm being smothered. And the price and shipping time are both reasonable. Thank you for making my job a little easier!

I gave them 2 stars recently because the order was delayed and since it was seasonal, this was frustrating plus they asked for a review before I got the masks. I have ordered 3 times because I like their masks better than anyone else's. It has 2 strong layers--the inside a soft cotton and the outside a silky feeling polyester or nylon material that makes it comfortable. The designs are great. They wash well.

I love my two Christmas masks with a cat-themed pattern. I was worried that the bright colors would either fade or run together after repeated washing; they don't! The brilliant colors and patterns stay the same as the first day that I received these colorful masks. I have received compliments on the mask with the black cat.

Until this last order, I have loved my Alycandy masks and recommended you to female relatives and friends. Your masks fit my face better than any except my N and KN95s. This time, all 3 new masks were so huge, they fell right off my face. They measure much wider, the ear loops enormous, and they seem to be made for abnormally large faces. I want a refund and will never order from you or recommend you again.

Love your masks! Just received my third order,(faster delivery time each order.) Have been wearing them since last year. Comfortable, wash up well, and fit well. Ordered for family and friends. Also like the material as it is soft and has some "stretch" which makes the masks fit better. Highly recommend!

I love the masks and like the company; but the use of DHL for delivery is problematic. The order is eventually delivered by the post office. The post office is having staffing issues and is having to hire people who are not qualified. UPS and FedEx are more reliable these days. Perhaps the change in the federal administration will help things to improve.

The masks are good quality. I especially appreciate that no masks are political. There is a wide variety of patterns. They go thru the washer and dryer well. Each has a little inside pocket if you wish to add a filter.

I've ordered several facemasks from Alycandy. They're well made and make wearing a mask a little bit of fun. Filters fit easily into them for that added protection. I highly recommend them.

I loved the masks so much that everyone on my holiday list this year is receiving masks! Feedback from recipients thus far is wonderful! I match the prints on the masks to the person or their interests. What fun!
