Is alternaleaf.com.au Legit?

Wouldn't poke a stick at them. Disgraceful treatment of patients. Consultations are suppose to have a minimum time limit. I paid $70 AUD multiple times for a 30 second consultation.Provider has no issues taking money from a patient knowing they cannot fulfill the order for a week or 9 days etc but still takes the funds.Been with them for over 12 months.Have had orders go missing & I have to order more for it to get here on time while they investigate the one that went missing.Either way this company is the most money hungry organisation I have seen.Court proceedings by the tga due to their shady advertising.Not sure about offering a $40 credit when you sign someone else up.Pretty sure that's illegal or at the least morally incorrect.Everyone I know that was with alternaleaf when I started has now left.I will also be looking for a new provider.The government supporting medical cannabis needs to throw the book at this place immediately 😊 Hope this helpsFyi they will try and Sue you if you put dirt on their name don't worry the judges are on the patients side 😊

Afternaleaf never again, legal drug dealers who dont give a crap about anything, they take your money, they don't have a treatment plan, yeah you to montu. Montu is affiliated with Alternaleaf, same again take your money, no treatment plan should get sued over not having a treatment plan. Pick up your game alternaleaf and montu, you both need to stop being all about the money, should be about treatment...

Prescribing doctor more or less hung up on me after prescribing the medication. No next steps, no advice, nothing. I wasn't even sure that the order went through so I had to call up and clarify.I will grant that the delivery was very fast, but otherwise, this was an absolute disaster.I received two bottles of CBD and THC-CBD oil. One was 4 months passed its used-by date, and the other was due to expire in two months (which, at the prescribed dosage, would mean that less than half the bottle would be consumed before the prescription passed its used-by date). Customer service tells me that I need to cease use otherwise a refund will be forfeited, and that they will organize a courier to pick up the medication.I asked why it was fair that I go without medication, as this situation was caused by Alternaleaf's negligence in sending me out-of-date medication. It seemed more fair to organize the replacement first, then take the medication off me.This was then escalated to another customer service agent, Bron, who without a doubt is the worst customer service provider I have ever dealt with.What should have taken a few quick emails took nearly 50 emails, dragged out over 3 weeks. I can't bring myself to go over every little detail, but at nearly every email exchange there was a miscommunication, mistake, or misstep on their part. Bron regularly misunderstood incredibly basic queries, didn't respond for days at a time, offered no apology or sense of accountability or desire to make things right.As it turned out, for legal reasons I couldn't receive the replacement before the return. This makes sense and I would have understood, but this information was only conveyed to me by email #30.Bron used weasel words like "this was not communicated" or "thanks for your patience" rather than "I'm sorry I didn't mention this earlier" or "I apologise" for the multiple miscommunications and errors.The courier service they used stuffed me around twice. Once arrived 4 hours earlier, so that I didn't have the time to print out the return sticker, and another time not arriving during the agreed-upon window.I asked Bron if I could continue to use the medication while I waited for the courier, as a sign of good faith and wanting to make things right, as the experience had been so negative.A simple question, I thought, but Bron misunderstood this in 5 different ways and it took nearly a week to clear up the confusion. I had to write several clarifying emails. At first, they thought I was asking again about getting the medication before the return. I told Bron to re-read the email. They replied days later and reiterated that I couldn't get the medication before returning it.I re-iterated, again, what I meant, and Bron said that I couldn't consume the medication because there would be nothing left to return. OBVIOUSLY, I wasn't asking if I could consume all of the medication and return an empty bottle and expect a refund.At this point, I'm wondering if these people are using too much of their own product. I re-iterate AGAIN and Bron asks me if I want to re-schedule the courier for tomorrow, ignoring the question entirely.--Given that this is a service provided to people suffering from psychiatric conditions, such a person should not be in this role. I'm changing providers as soon as this ordeal is over because I honestly cannot believe the level of incompetence and I don't want these people to receive a cent more of my money. I've received more attentive care and customer service buying weed from strangers than this - it is an absolute joke of a service.

Ordered 30ml of oil for $170 and it is so weak it didn't work at all. Don't waste your money.
