Is allposters.com Legit?

The poster arrived crushed. Wow! I never expected this. Your going to replace the damaged poster and, I dont have to worry about returning it. You have redeemed my trust which is a cool because, I was looking at a lot of other posters. Thank you!

I see tons of Negative reviews, but I dont get it? I've never had bad experiances with them. I've ordered several times, the most recent was only placed like 4 days ago, received tracking within an few hours, and today I received my 7 posters. Fantastic prints, even the 3 extremely large ones.(Fantastic as they can be. These are digitalized 1920s adverts blown up to be 10x their original size, and still look GREAT considering.)Sales are great too, Ive gotten a 36 by 27 inch poster for 3 dollars.I suppose its a person by person situation, but I've never had an issue with them.

Ads are deceptive I believe. 50%-75% off regular price never changes because there regular price is 50%-75% above what similar vendors charge. WORST thing--is once you sign up on their website with your address, email, & account information you will never be able to have it removed. I contacted customer support on this & read Allposters policy. Best you can do is block their site on your email account and in Google settings block their cookies.

Oh wow. I must’ve rolled some lucky dice on my two recent orders made five months apart but I have nothing but really good things to say about All Posters. Their prints are just gorgeous. Their customer service is great and the delivery time frame is amazing. Both of my orders were delivered in under the suggested arrival date. I will continue to order from them. Highly recommend!

After reading some rubbish reviews i was a little dubious at buying a poster from here. I received the posted that i purchased late November as a Christmas present in good time. There was no delay and it came in good packaging and the product looks good quality. It was also cheaper then other places i had seen it, which obviously was a bonus.

I created my basket online, and saved it. Later, I received an email offering 60% off sitewide (My basket originally gave me 50% on some, 0% on other items.)I emailed the company - suggested they could only adjust the price after I placed my order.Not acceptable - no order placed.

I was a little weary when reading all of the negative reviews, but everything worked out perfectly. The framed photo was shipped quickly, and it looks absolutely amazing. Customer service even reached out to me before, during, and after shipping to make sure everything worked out.

I was hesitant to order from this website due to all the negative reviews but I'm glad I did. I purchased wall decals and they were on sale and it only cost $2 for shipping. The decals arrived within 1 week even with all the craziness going on with the coronavirus. They were in perfect condition. I'm a satisfied customer.

i am a new customer and have had problems concerning there courier [dpd and non delivery of goods. on each time i complained about this to allposters help and support, they were very understanding,polite and imediately offered either replacements or a refund.

Much like most of these other reviewers, I’m extremely displeased with the company and customer service. I paid for two day shipping (which was more expensive than the poster itself) and here I am, four days later, with the update. I chatted with customer service who informed me that just because I bought two day shipping doesn’t mean it ships in two days, but that it’ll ship two days after processing. That’s total BS and borderline false advertisement which is illegal. Do not trust this company, do not give them your money, I don’t even believe this is a legit company in the first place. STAY AWAY!

The prices that they say is not the price that you pay. They quote prices with shipping but once the item is ready to be delivered theres added fees. Placed an order with 5 items and they separated the orders to ship them separately in 3 different shipments which resulted in extra fees for each order. Do yourself a favour and go to Aliexpress to order. This might take an extra week but its free shipping and prices are better.

I just received An American In Paris, expecting it to be a paper print. I am absolutely thrilled as it's a black & white photograph, very high quality. It looks perfect in our bathroom.

These guys absolutely SUCK! Ordered several items only to wait 2 months before finding out several were cancelled due to a lack of inventory. Seriously, if you can't even track an inventory of freaking posters, I don't know how you are in business! Never again! Amazon will get my business from now on. I may pay a little more, but I will get what I ordered and in a timely manner.

placed an order 12 days ago, still waiting for items to be shipped, little to no information on my order from them. however they made sure to charge my card!!! Finally got my posters and they miscut two of them. One has different size borders all the way around and the other has no borders and they cut off part of the actors name. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!!

I browsed the content on the website. Put one poster in the basket. Filled out my details, BUT I did not accept or buy anything as I did not complete the purchase process. In spite of this I started receiving daily emails with offers like 'Hurry, % off your basket' and 'Today only - hurry'. This is contrary to the anti-spamming rules of EU in which the company operates.

I placed a $120 order, and upon receiving my package, I discovered they had shipped me a totally empty cardboard box. I was extraordinarily disappointed, but I made a call to their customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. Everything I ordered eventually came, and the posters were high quality. However, I advise caution when placing an order with them.

I just placed an order with ALLPOSTERS because they had the art that I was looking for in the larger dimensions than ART.COM. I use both companies now! Overall I've been happy. The quality of paper is the best and the inventory of images is great too. I change my art around every year almost.

På I am not impressed with the services provided from Allposters. I purchased from the page with .no at the end, thinking it was the Norwegian “department” and shipped directly from here. They wrote the posters would be shipped after 2-3 days. They did not. Furthermore it is not clear that taxes is not included. I realize that sometimes there is extra taxes when you har purchasing from abroad but usually when there will be extra costs companies will write it clearly. After some search on their webpage it says the prices . Allposters can not receive my recommendation.

Horrible company and bad for business. They try and lure you in and get your business, then customer service will shoot down any request you have and finish it off by mocking you that you were not fast enough to check out, since they will sell out before you pay for the items in your cart and there's nothing you can do about it. They will make sure to remind you too, then you will be left with nothing and provided with no support and felt crappier than you did when you notice that they sold the items you had in your shopping cart. Boycott this website and company & DO NOT BUY from them, Bad company and terrible customer service that does more damage than anything. They ought to be sued.

I ordered a poster said it would arrive 2 days later. Contacted them when I didn’t receive shipping confirmation and she said oh sorry but everything is delayed. Um no... if you say you are going to deliver then something happens you contact the customer!!!

I cannot review the product I ordered because I still haven't received it! I have never seen such poor shipping practices anywhere else! What is the point of "tracking" when the so-called tracking never updates?! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering from these clowns. I will update if and when I receive said product! “Damaged, shipping delays, bad service”

The quality of the images are grainy off center and shipping is slow, one out of 3 orders was damaged so bad UPS returned it in route to all posters and I was never contacted to provide the status. They don't give a damn. Done with them

“Standard E-Commerce Experience”

I found out this website has bad reviews after placing several orders, but here is my honest review of my experiences so far. This website has a wider variety of poster content than other websites. They were also having a sale, so I seized the moment to get all the content I've wanted ever since I was a kid. I was able to get unique Japanese content and vintage maps. My most recent purchase was a large, framed world map, but I didn't ask for any special treatment or cropping, so we'll see how it goes. But so far, for all of the standard 18 x 12 inch posters, I have 0 complaints on the quality or condition in which they came delivered. The only minor inconvenience I've experienced was having to wait about a week for the purchases to be delivered, but that's not a big deal. Value Shipping Quality

“Review for those worried about ordering”

I thought I would write a review for Allposters.com as I was nervous about spending so much money on a website that has such bad reviews. I gave it a shot and am really happy I did. I ordered two framed pictures and they came on time (exactly when they were supposed to) and they were in great condition. The only reason for 4 stars is because the website said the pictures would be 32x32, and the ones I received were 31x31. Not a dealbreaker, but I really wanted a specific size for the location as I was matching size to another picture on the same wall. I've ordered from a competitor in the past (who is no longer in business) and the first 2 framed pictures had to be returned due to sloppy work. The next 2 I received looked better, but one still had an obvious separation on one of the corners of the frames. I kept them due to not wanting to deal with another return. This separation ultimately caused the frame to break years later, hence why I needed replacements. The pictures I received had no such issues, the frames looked great, the posters looked good, and the non glare glass is nice as well. I would definitely order from this website again. “Absolute incompetence, repeated, cyclical”

I placed an order for a small art print on a wood mount. Only 16x12". Should have been an easy job. But not for these folks. No, these folks are highly adept at the art of incompetence. To them, no transaction is complete without at least 3 operation bungles. That's 3 screw-ups. Then we can call it a day. First, they managed to crop an INCH off of the 12" image. That's a lot of cropping for a small image and of course it re-centered the focal point. They promised to produce a new one, and fix the issues. Then I didn't hear back for weeks. After numerous conflicting back n forth emails, I finally spoke with a "supervisor" who says the job got "lost." They need to start over. Again. She promises expedited shipping to help make up for lost time. But that never happened, it shipped regular ground. 2 weeks later it arrives. And it arrives, somehow, with the print shops copyright info printed on the FRONT of the piece. Not on the back. Right on the F'ing front. These people have to be trying to be this incompetent. No one works in Quality Control, they obviously have no process for that. This is ART we're talking about here, and they repeatedly demonstrated ZERO attention to detail. Sad. Pathetic, really. They ought hang their heads in shame. But no doubt they have no shame to hang with. It's been 2 days since I contacted them requesting a return. Crickets. Ordering, production, and shipping from AllPosters has been snail slow each time. FYI - AllPosters.com is also Art.com. I recommend ordering art from one of their many competitors instead. “Quick Delivery But HORRIBLE SHIPPING”

I had ordered a postered and had it shipped to my house of a poster that was a little bit difficult to find anywhere else that is also affordable for a budget. I was originally looking forward to receiving my new poster until it had arrived and what arrived was not what I was expecting to find. The poster itself was smaller dimensions then what was put on the order sheet. I have no idea whether or not I got the wrong poster or if they just have it wrong on their website but that was the first thing I found I was severely displeased with. Then I as I was unrolling the poster from the packing material that was used in shipping that had completely folded and flattened it like a paper fan. Even with the poster hanging on the wall anyone is clearly able to see the fold creases on it which in my opinion is not worth the money. I will admit that this site does have good poster designs but with the way my shipping was handled I am definably NEVER going to purchase from this company again. I would now have rather spent the extra money on a different site that I found or even spent more time looking for it in stores somewhere then have ordered this. Please if you are looking for a good quality poster look somewhere else. This is not the place to order from with the way that they have treated their products for shipping. I am highly highly disappointed in this product and I will continue to encourage everyone to not purchase from them at all or even again. Placed an order on March 11, website tracker does not work. No customer service number available. Emails sent to customer service go unanswered. One month later I Finally found a phone number in someone else's review. The person who answers the phone knows nothing. Says she thinks the item was discontinued and isn't sure if they would have ever let me know. Suggested I spend double the money for a different poster on their website and place a new order. Art.com is reselling unauthorized copies of my copyrighted Civil Rights photographs without compensation. They're not even good copies because they are not from the original negatives but from copies of low quality third generation prints. Tip for consumers:Avoid them like the plague. After I ordered 5 posters, not only did only 4 get delivered, they had also stolled 284 dollars directly out of my bank account 3 times! After writing to them they decided I don't get my 5th poster and then stole money again! Terrible awful company they are, I warn everyone to not give them a debit/visa card number or I bet you will have the same nightmare I had with them. I just hope this saves some others the stress.of having thise issue. I'm a single mother and live pay cheque to pay cheque and I couldn't feed my family the first night they stole out of my account and it was so scary and felt grossly weird. Don't be fooled by their ". Ca" or their "50% off until...". This is there regular price and they are really art.com and they ship from Ohio. The quality of their pieces can certainly be obtained locally for WAY Cheaper. They charge almost double the price of the product for shipping fees, which will be sent separately for them to charge/make more money on each item. And because they ship from Ohio they charge extra duties and taxes before you can receive your delivery. I paid $200 for a framed work that had white fluff on the inside of the glass and looked like a grade 8 art class put it together. Stay Away

I ordered four large vintage style posters for a gift. They came separately, but all within a week. The images are beautiful, fit the frames well, and have great color. I will definitely order from them again!

Its been a month since ordering my canvas from here. I contacted their support and was told it would ship out in 3 days. It never did. 4 days after that I messaged them again asking why it did not ship when it was supposed to. All I got was a canned response saying "We are experiencing production delays." They have no issues taking your money and processing your payment, but after that they could care less. In 2021 I'm shocked this company is able to survive, especially since my story seems to be what 90% of all customers face. Thanks for nothing Allposters, I'll be waiting for your chapter 7.

“Disappointingly false representation of color on the site”

The images you see on the site are the original digital files used for print, NOT the actual finished print (which is far darker and duller than shown on the site). They show you nice brightly colored, great previews of what you THINK your print will look like when you shell out the extra money for framing, only to receive an incredibly disappointing dull representation of what you paid for. It nearly borders on false advertising. Yes, the design and size were as advertised, but the color is falsely represented. Tip for consumers:Buyer beware. If you aren't concerned with color accuracy, the designs and frames are advertised. Value Quality
