The AJIO app is the worst application I’ve ever used. I got a product without AJIO poly bag and without tags. Inspite of repeated calls and complaints at customer care no resolution. I just wanted to return it and get the product picked up. Repeated mails and uploaded pictures of the product but the delivery boy repeatedly refused to pick up the product without tags. I faced so much harassment from delivery boy, customer care . They lodged complaint every time but close the complaint without resolution. Nobody’s there to resolve anything.
I bought NAVI women jeans 28 size. They sent me 31 size. I complaint it to customer and I was asked to sent all the picture they required. After sr fing back and forth email. At last they said they cannot do anything. The last time I told their supervisor I had enough it's not about the money it's how you run a business it's a rip off. Then from no where they sent someone to pick up the stuff but the damage is done from the time I spent e-mailing back and back including phone calls.

Negative Experience - Avoid AJIO!My recent encounter with AJIO was less than satisfactory. After placing an order with high hopes of receiving the exact item I had purchased, I was disappointed to find that what arrived was completely different. Seeking resolution, I reached out to their customer support, only to be met with unprofessionalism and a lack of understanding.The customer support team at AJIO seemed more interested in proving themselves right rather than addressing my concerns. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.In my opinion, the level of customer service provided by AJIO falls far below acceptable standards. As a result of this experience, I have made the decision to no longer support their business. I would caution others to think twice before making a purchase from AJIO, unless they are willing to risk receiving the wrong product and being blamed for it.
Firstly, the image and the description on ajio showed pallazo pants whereas these are kurti pants or leggings.Secondly, my items were returnable. As mentioned in my previous mails and the proof and images shared, nowhere in the terms and conditions of the product or the coupon I availed does it say that I cannot return these items.Thirdly my products came without tags which might as well mean that they are used products.Fourthly nobody is coming to pick up the items for exchange and I am assuming that even exchange for the size has been halted for me for some reason.So I conclusion, I have products which don't fit me but I can't exchange them. Worst app they disconnect the call when you call on customer support. I made a online payment for my product I cancelled the few products from them. Absolutely worse service, I don’t say this very easily. I had made an order for shoes while ordering the app showed a deliver date of 19 Oct 23 and after payment I received a different promise delivery date of 21 oct. But they have been dodging saying they need to verify and investigate how such a mistake happened!
