An utter disgrace. As others rightly point out, this is not a serious platform for investors. It is weighted towards trolls. Complaints are ignored. They will not even acknowledge or log them. Everyone in the organisation displays a ‘do not care’ attitude: it’s endemic. Reported them to the FCA over various breaches of regulations. CEO doesn’t care. Recorded delivery letters are ignored. It sounds cliched but it truly is the worst organisation that I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. No serious company can survive whilst operating in this fashion. It’s inevitable demise is just a matter of time.Would give minus 1000 stars if I could…

I'm quite new to stock investing and have found the ADVFN site invaluable. It has so much information and some great analysis tools that I'm slowly getting to grips with. Monitor, charts and news are my go to but have just started using Follow Feed, which flags in real time what's happening to the stocks I follow (breakouts, news, high volume trades etc). Would recommend the service to newbies and pros alike.

I've used advfn.com for the best part of ten years. For what you pay, it is extremely good value compared to other offerings. It's about 63% cheaper than those. With that said, it recently under went management changes, hopefully certain features which as yet, have not been added via html, will, fingers crossed be come back on line as they were with java. If this happens then price wise it will knock the competition out of the water. I have always found their technical team and customer service operators to be competent.

They give preference to free troll accounts over paid subscribers!I have cancelled my paid account as I am sick and tired of trolls being given the same access over my account and preventing any normal debate and discussion with other genuine investors.All comms is ignored which is just as frustrating so they deserve to lose the business imho.

I have been in the Security Industry for over 50 years so have had extensive experience dealing with the problems of electronic/now internet connectivity. My experiences with ADVFN have been exceptional, their customer support given by Nicolo Moretto is of the HIGHEST QUALITY! Nicolo is ALWAYS courteous, helpful & his knowledge has always resolved my problems. He is also exceptionally polite & his promises have been kept. THANK YOU Nicolo you are a top top person.

Careful when subscribing to any of their subscriptions. Strangely they can set you up in minutes but for some reason, takes 30 days to unsubscribe you!? Their explanation......its in our T&C's. Read very carefully.Plenty of other companies out there offering a similar service, I will now look elsewhere.
