Posted faulty shoes to the warranty department pre Xmas.As Adidas USA has appealing customer service, they dont even bother to acknowledge receipt of the item. I now have to chase them every step of the way, just like with previous warranty returns.Adidas USA is a total failure and brings down the brand.
I have to say, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. They didn't provide a proper explanation for anything, just ignored my concerns and assumed I was making a false claim. It's really disappointing how Adidas has handled this situation.
Purchased a pair of shoes less than 30 days ago. Fabric of right shoe at toe starts to come apart within 20 days of normal walking about. Submit warranty claim. Just now informed it's a "wear and tear" issue so not their problem. Literally absurd. I guess they are in the disposal shoe business now.
Warning scam shop. Dont shop on adidas.com. They charge you the amount for the order but if they dont have the item in stock you they will not contact you and Adidas let you to handle all the contact with the bank/creditcard company. Ordered something online that went down in price in the sale. Asked if I could have a refund of the difference. Told No, I have to reorder the same item and return the original. Total waste of time. Huh, I was amazed when I saw this low score from Adidas here. Let`s be real, they`re not that bad. Of course, in terms of innovation and creativity, they lose a little bit to their direct competitor-Nike, though it`s still a big brand with history. I especially noticed how they could become in football and basketball shoes⚽🏀For example, since I play both sports, I wear snickers from adidas and I haven`t had any flaws with them, the quality is good, the look is good, so no problem with them. I purchased an Adidas jersey from an authorized store in Madrid, and I must say I am extremely disappointed—both with the quality of the product and the customer service. After only 2-3 wears, the emblems completely peeled off. This is unacceptable for a brand like Adidas, especially when compared to a Nike jersey I’ve been using for 2-3 years, which still looks as good as new. As for the store in Madrid, the experience was even worse. I sent multiple emails regarding the issue but received no response. Adidas offers great products and great prices overall. The many negatives are due to the shipping partner they use. As a athletic wear company and their shoes, I love them . They use laser ship for delivery and that's the problem. They have horrendous delivery service and that's well established through trust pilot and other review services. Once it's out of Adidas' hands, youre at the shippers mercy. Unfortunately that is a reflection on adidas. Adidas needs to change that for the sake of their business model and to treat customers fairly and right. I personally have had several delivery issues and have turned more towards Amazon now for adidas purchases. It sucks cause their site has a reward program which I belong to, and some great deals too. AVOID ADIDAS!!!! I ordered a pair of trainers early November. I was really excited when I received an email to say the items would be delivered. Opened the box to two left trainers instead of a pair. I emailed customer service with no response. Requested a return label and returned the two left trainers. Sadly to say, I’m still waiting for my refund!! Adidas charged me an extra fee to guarantee the shoes I ordered for Christmas would arrive by December 13. It is now Dec 20, and the last tracking info shows the shoes in ON on December 13. I called Adidas support, and they were supremely unhelpful, telling me that expedited shipping is a glitch on their site (!), which they don't actually offer. Customer support told me I should be patient, as it is Christmas, and there could be delays with shipping! If there is a known glitch, why not put a disclaimer on their website? And funny they are telling me to be patient when I ordered these December 11, and no one seems to know where they are or when they will be arriving? Hugely regretting not ordering these from Browns or Sport Check. Would not recommend ordering from Adidas if you want your purchase to arrive anytime soon. Also, isn't Purolator owned by Canada Post? absolute worst of the DTC retailers out there, they will charge you for your purchase and "print a label" but no follow up at all regarding whether or not your purchase actually gets packed and shipped, so you spend weeks and months tracking it down only to be told over and over again "too bad, nothing we can do". They've made shipping commitments for the holidays that they don't follow, so don't be fooled. I've had to work with my cc provider for chargebacks, buyer beware!!

Ordered christmas gifts on black Friday. Shipment never moved after a month almost. The expected delivery date just kept updating another day. They finally say they will refund me and can't replace the items, i will have to reorder and they wont price adjust if i need expedited shipment to make christmas now. Of course now everything i ordered is out of stock. Most bizzare retail system I've ever dealt with. Very disappointed. I dont trust when I will see a refund so now I have to stay on top of that as well. I'll stick to nike and under armour from now on. This was an awful experience
My experience comes from ordering in Greece, everything went so smoothly, the order was ready to be collected in a couple of days from their outlet store, which was spotlessly clean and organised, with an extremely good variety tempting you to buy more. Staff were very polite and efficient as well. The complete opposite to Nike...which has been a pure disgrace on my numerous attempts to buy from Nike.com. My kids are converted to Adidas fans from now on then! More than happy

“Scam shop”

Warning scam shop. Dont shop on adidas.com. They charge you the amount for the order but if they dont have the item in stock they will not contact you and Adidas let you to handle all the contact with the bank/creditcard company. “Delivery never came and Adidas doesn't care”

Adidas has been awful. I ordered shoes and received a confirmation that they were delivered when I was home.but the package was not delivered. I searched my neighborhood also. I contacted Adidas and they told me to open a case with Lasership. Lasership did an "investigation" and told me it was delivered and to take it up with Adidas. Adidas would not send a replacement and told me they will open an investigation with Lasership. I told them I already did that and asked both for proof of delivery and was told they don't have any. Adidas told me they won't send a replacement. I had to dispute with my credit card. I also went to BBB to make a complaint and saw over 100 complaints exactly the same situation as I am in where deliveries didn't show up with Lasership and Adidas not caring. “Refuses to cancel order”

I placed an order on the adidas website. After 10 minutes realizing I purchased the wrong size, I tried to cancel. There is no option however to cancel, they make you go through the difficult process of contacting support who is available in only selective hours. When you finally get ahold of support they go through endless loops with you dodging you so you're forced to receive their product. In the end, I gave up. Never buy on the Adidas website is all I can say here.

“Wouldn't issue a refund for billing error!”

When purchasing a pair of shoes online, the website froze and my cart emptied. There was no confirmation on the screen or in my inbox. Because of this, I placed the order again - ONE minute later. Then I received confirmation that a purchase for two pairs of identical shoes had gone through. Adidas refuses to accept a return and issue a refund despite it being an obvious website error on their end. Customer service said "too much time elapsed between the two purchases"...ONE minute. I placed an order with Adidas online in August 2023. One item did not fit, so I arranged a return. The amount was $95. Adidas received the returned item on October 6,2023, and sent me a confirmation email. Since then, I have not received my refund. They kept making excuses, saying that my bank was rejecting the request (my bank never saw any request), and even offered store credit, which I agreed to, but of course, they never sent me anything. “Stingy company”

Bought multiple shoes from this app, they gave me a 25% discount code, the tnc did not state anything about exclusions, though I know items such as sale/limited will probably not be included. I tried a buy an Adios 8 running shoe but the code didn't work either, like it's literally a general running shoe, it's not even limited or hype.The only thing the code will work on is crappy normal priced item which have high stocks and less sales. Absolute stingy of them to do such thing, if the company can't afford to lose, don't simply hand out vouchers which are practically useless. Will rather buy from Nike which their codes are actually USEABLE on decent products.

“Load spring backpack”

The adidas load spring backpack may be water resistant, but it doesn't last very long. I got mine in August 2022 and as of March 2023 some of the seams on the backpack started to tear. Kind of upsetting since this backpack costs about $60 USD and is not cheap. Get a back pack from some company other than adidas for those who need one for work or school. “TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Terrible customer service that loves to copy and past their apologies and waste your time on senseless investigations just to keep you going in circles to the point of craziness. All they are going to do is keep your money with no solution on sending wrong item and not sending several missing items. Have never had this much trouble with customer service through any other company. Online or phone service even with supervision. Loves to hang up on you if they don't have an answer to a question that shows they are in the wrong. Then have the nerve to offer a discount voucher for the inconvenience of ripping you off for hundreds of dollars as if you are planning on ordering more from them after this nightmare that was all a big waste of money and time.

“Just Don't ….”

Ordered a down coat for 280$. Put it on the first time and notice a perfect tiny hole in the front. Realized it was missing one side of a snap. Started a return. Shipped back. They received and signed for 12/19. The email stated 14-15 days for refund. Still no refund so I called. They talk over you repeating some stupid script saying sorry you received outdated information. You just sent me the email! That it will take at least 21 days to inspect the return. You should have inspected the SALE! You sent it damaged and have yet to refund. Joke of a process for such a big company. “Adidas committed fraud”

I ordered white they sent today green. Called customer service. THey said I had to submit an email. I did. They did not respond. My order confirmation clear states the order was for a white pair. Called customer service back and they said there was an error in their website that said white, but I received the correct color. WTF? They refuse to reimburse or do anything to make it right. Do not order from them. They send random products and will not fix it.

“Refund gift cards before credit card”

Be advised, when you use a gift card for your order and return some items, they will provide refund of the gift card before issuing the refund on the credit card, and it's impossible to change this, when you call they just speak to you like your dumb for wanting refund on your credit card instead of gift card. My son typed in running shoe. He saw a pair for 80 bucks and bought not realizing they are biking shoes instead. Size was not as expected and they would not give even store credit bc yes it was both parties mistake. His for not looking at full description and theirs for even having it under running shoes. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I call them before I place an order she promise me we will give you that discount once your order delivered after that I call them they said we can't do that.They are totally clueless. The customer service will literally just tell you anything you want to hear, without actually solving your issue, just to get you off the phone. All they do is kick you down the road. “Horrendous Disgusting smell right out of the plastic”

Received my new vest ordered from Adidas.com opened the sealed plastic inside of the sealed plastic bag, only to be hit with an absolutely disgusting smell of sweet, dirty smoky butt! “Not true to their word”

I'm 100% done with adidas. I was supposed to get a free backpack for spending $120, I spent $145, was confirmed by an agent that I would get it. Never came in, and Instead was promised a 30% discount voucher that works on NOTHING! I simply want $12 off a $42 item and your last adidas agent said that adidas would rather lose me as customer for life then give me the $12 off. “Difficult to cancel order”

I purchased a yeezy item on 6/1 after waiting 8 days without any update I decided to cancel on 6/8. There are only two options to contacting their customer service team through chat or phone. Chat is useless and you have to wait over two hours to speak with someone on their team only for them to repeat a script and tell you how limited they are. Their policy has nothing stating you are obliged to go through with purchasing the item. However after the yeezy raffle was concluded it says that you can only return if there is a defect. I no longer wish to purchase their item as their fulfillment times are longer than any retail store I had to purchase from yet this is a billion dollar company. Ridiculous! I am writing this after getting of the phone with adidas. Ordered a pair of cleats at the very beginning of June and got sent the wrong size (4 sizes to small). I called them and they gave me an exchange stamp after about an hour on the phone. They said it would take 3-5 business days (something I had to ask). They have been sending me emails asking if I liked it, thinking it had already come. It had not. It has now been 23 days. Tracked the package and it's still in their warehouse. Called them and they told me it's on it's way. It is not. When I tried to ask why it had taken so long, they told me it sometimes happens and then asked if there's anything else I can help with. I again back to why is it taking so long and they said the same thing saying there's nothing they can do and there's sometimes happens and didn't even apologize. Only stating that it's alright because it's on it's way. My season already ended. Then the dude just hung up. Most frustrating company ever. Tip for consumers:NOPE Products used:None.
