I have been struggling with gut issues for a few years and was having to take IBGuard and other medicines for constant bloating and other issues. So impressed that I bought a product which actually does what it's advertised to do. I've struggled with gut health and super inconsistent BMs my whole life. This beverage gives me a little boost of energy I usually never had in the morning and has made my gut work much more smoothly/consistently. I can still tell that I have some other issues to resolve, but having a healthier baseline is making it easier to identify what's getting my gut into trouble.
