Is aceticket.com Legit?

Purchased Celtics tickets for January 12th game. Cost charges to credit card and paid. Requested transfer to my cell phone in a text to easily have access in my wallet on my phone. Confirmation of transfer request received but still no tickets.

Called urgent phone number, associate was very helpful and assisted us in purchasing great tickets. Stayed on line until purchase was complete and we had tickets transferred to us.

Website made finding and purchasing tickets easy. Other websites did not show exact seats, which made it impossible to match seats in multiple rows when buying larger quantities.

Way to complicated for what I wanted to do. Don't know who Ticketmaster was. But that's who runs the whole thing. Emails, passwords too many used to be pretty simple. I could print the paper off. So one case, my battery went dead on my phone and could not retrieve

I was able to acquire a single seat near my two friends who were in the ADA seats. The price was very reasonable. It was only a few dollars more than my season tickets.

I bought tickets on Thursday 11/7/24. On Monday 11/11/24 I still had not received my tickets so I called to inquire about the status of.my tickets. I ended up talking to a very rude, condensing, and very unprofessional representative who explained to me like i was a 5 year child why the tickets were not available and just read the policies and procedures of the ticket brokering business works, rather than try to communicate to me with any empathy like was a valued customer. This person should not be in the customer service business. Still do not have my tickets even though I paid for them 4 days ago, and was basically treated like I was an idiot because I didn't understand all the nuisances if the ticket brokering business.

Simple to navigate website, no hidden fees, best site to purchase tickets!

Out of all the ticket app to buy tickets in New England. This is by far the easiest and least concerning way to go bout doing that.

Looked for a tickets to a sold-out performance and found them quickly with Ace. Called the number given, and the Ace agent couldn't have been friendlier or more efficient. I handled the whole purchase on the phone in 5 minutes and received an email conformation immediately.This was my first experience with Ace, but it won't be my last. I'll be back!Thanks...

I made an almost last minute purchase and the tickets were sent to my Ticketmaster account within about twenty minutes.

Not a good system

Very easy to use site. Prices very competitive. Received tickets quickly. Definitely use again

normally love ace ticket.......this time not so much. i bought a ticket. realized within 90 seconds i had another event planned for that night. 100000% my fault. I immediately let ace ticket know. I get the no refund/exchanges thing but i just thought since i let them know so quickly, something could have been done. I would have lived with a re-stocking fee. Not too upset......again it was my fault. But they could have done something to help. They were very nice about it as always but did tell me i was out of luck.

Website was pretty clear and easy to use. It would have been improved by explaining how the tickets would be transferred via Ticketmaster. My first time using a ticket recycler, I was used to buying concert tix from the venue's websites. But I made it OK, tix also now in AppleWallet which is convenient.

The process was easy and efficient. This was my first time buying tickets from ACE. The only thing I'm still concerned about is while I have my tickets viewable on MLB's AP, I don't have the barcodes visible yet. This is making me worried. It says they will be visible soon, but it's over a week. When will they? And if they don't become visible, how do I get into the game?

As far as the secondary market goes for tickets, Ace is the best experience I've had so far. Easy to navigate the site, see seat views and complete the transaction. Tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster app immediately. Fees are ridiculous but that's the case with all secondary market sellers these days.

Im trying to sell a ticket I bought by mistake and they say it’s in process but now its 3 days. Friendly but hardly efficient

Easy to choose games, and sections of the ballpark. Would suggest providing seat number assignments before you order, reason, have a friend who can only sit in the first seat, gets anxious otherwise, so hard to order tickets for them when not sure of the seat placement.
