Havent seen my order and the webpage cant be found!
Images are fraudulent and do not represent the product. Copied images from my site (pawsheets.com) and are using them on their site as their own. The images do not represent their product. They have been notified and did not respond. Do not buy from them as they are not ethical and are misrepresenting products to the public.
Can not get thru customer service and have not received my refund yet!!!!!
Only company I could find to make a custom mattress for our family cradle! I could easily choose the shape, dimensions, and thickness and they offered a fitted sheet. Mattress came within two weeks, fits great, and is waterproof! Can’t wait to use it with baby girl in September to keep our family cradle tradition!
The wood step stool I ordered for my Granddaughter, white with pastel lettering, is even better than I expected. It's beautifully painted and arrived well before Christmas. I did have a perplexing experience, however. At least a week before I received the stool, I kept getting survey requests asking how I liked the product. Thinking it may have been lost, I called the company. The woman who answered took my order number, I was put on hold. She returned and said the stool would not be delivered for two weeks, until after Christmas. I was very disappointed... until two hours later when the stool arrived on my porch. Merry Christmas!
Disappointed that the protective cover on the mattress is such a crinkly plastic material. It makes alot of noise just putting the fitted sheet on. Also, I know it said on the box to be careful when opening with a knife. Nonetheless, I accidentally cut a small slit in the mattress. This could easily be avoided by packing product differently by wrapping or tieing the product so that it isn’t pushing up against the inside of the box. Appreciate the fact that I could order exactly the size I needed and it does fit precisely. Order fulfillment time was also perfectly acceptable.

The product selection, availability and fulfillment was great. The simple reason for 4 Stars and not 5 is that they stated the order would ship in 2 shipments and therefore charged me twice the amount for Shipping and Handling then shipped the order all in one box. So I order 2 matress and sheets for a baby bassinet. I ordered it on wednesday at roughly 3PM and paid for next day air as we have twins that have a hard bassinet bottom and no cover. I then get a UPS notice saying it would be here 'next' wednesday or a week later after I piad 32.00 for overnight shipping. I finally get a reply from this idiot Hude and here is what he said exactly as I will cut and paste: "Hello, I want to clarify that overnight shipping means with the carrier- that UPS will deliver it within one day. For expedited processing, you would reach out to us right after placing the order so we could let the warehouse know that you need it to ship quick.I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I will refund you $15 off the shipping." I got the UPS notice it would be here wednesday on friday the 19th so that makes no sense and he dare say he would only refund half? Products look ok but it is being ran by tight wades with no customer service, you have been warned.
Product arrived earlier than expected. Would have given a 5 except the CSR I spoke to when I was trying to decide on size of mattress suggested that I could go larger but I decided to go 1/2 " less and it fit good. She said the mattress is soft so it would fit. But I couldn't turn if it didn't fit because custom made. Glad I didn't listen to her advise.
Ordered toddler stepstool early May, it is now mid-June and still have not received it. my granddaughter‘s birthday has come and gone. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to no avail. I have received no response whatsoever to my requests for help and or information. Cannot speak to quality of product because I have not received it, but I do know that I will never order anything from this company again and do not recommend.
I liked that I was able to customize the size of the cradle mattress. However, access to my account was complicated--I had to actually put something in my cart and click through to pay and then log into my account. I am still not able to just log into my account. My account never showed that my items were shipped--always in process. When I called directly the person I spoke to had limited information. My order was placed on February 2. I called on February 13 for an update since nothing seemed accurate on my account page and was told I'd have my items around the end of the week--February 16. My items finally arrived February 24.
ABaby was sooo fast in making our custom moses basket mattress. The mattress fit absolutely perfectly in the basket and our son is really comfortable in it - one of his favorite places to be now!

I was having difficulty finding a new mattress for our antique bassinet. I was delighted to find Ababy on the internet and even more delighted to find out that they made custom sized mattresses . The mattress fits my 80 year old bassinet perfectly! I highly recommend the custom made sheets too.

“Do not buy from this place”

Worse experience ever. Placed my order in 02/21/2023 and it is still in process. I have tried to contacting customer service by email and phone, with no answers at all. I have bought kids step stools previously from aBaby.com. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the step stool and also the packaging and delivery. However, it's great only if you get it with a discount. A must visit for new moms or dads who are looking for inexpensive baby shopping places online.

I was excited to get these "organic cotton" sheets for my infant, mainly because he has extremely sensitive skin that's prone to heat rashes and eczema. My first impression when I first opened it: Wow, excellent quality, and, most importantly soft for my precious baby. Such a great value for the price!

“Horrible customer service”

I have used this company in the past but despite the Covid issues affecting businesses, the customer service has been horrible. They can not be reached by phone and the response time is poor. I have contacted them 11 times since my purchase March 11 and still have no product and refer to a single name stool when I ordered two as gifts. Other companies sell these too so try Personal Creations instead.

“Their "mattresses" are changing pads”

Look at the Facebook reviews. They are selling flimsy changing pads as "custom Size mattress." These are not mattresses! They are plastic and cheap and not an ounce of firmness. They would be dangerous for an infant and create suffocation risks. And they claim these are custom mattresses and because of that sale is final. “Indifferent service and lousy quality product”

I inquired for a custom mattress and didn't hear back for days then reached out again to order and the same thing happened: silence for days. That should have probably given me pause. I finally got my order placed on the phone only to be left with basically no information on materials and ship date. When I inquired about it - again crickets. I finally got notified that my order has shipped. The so called mattrass' is a piece of foam sewn in a plastic cover! Since it was a custom size I'll be stuck with it, but I hope this review is helpful to everyone considering giving their business to aBaby.com. My recommendation: Go elsewhere!

Unlike a lot of the reviews, i am pleased with the product i ordered. I ordered the Meadow 4-in-1 Convertible Crib and it looks just like the picture and VERY sturdy and beautiful. It is very easy to install! Took my husband just 30 mins to put the crib together! And the best part is it is a convertible crib and can be easily converted into toddler bed as well. “Not trustworthy”

I purchased a toy chest from their website. Reviewed the description and measurements carefully. Received the item and it was half the size as stated on the site. Everything else was correct, color, custom name, etc. contacted customer service which took weeks to inform me they had incorrect dimensions on the site. I purchased this toy chest because the size would fit my needs. I asked for a refund and they denied me the refund because it's custom. I responded asking for a second box to make up the difference in size and purchase price. They told me no and offered $70 refunded. Mind you this toy chest price was $230 (addition of paint and name raised the cost). Again I told them either give me a full refund or a second box. The result is I had to keep a product they advertised incorrectly with no possibility of a full refund. An informal claim has been filed with the attorney general office. PLEASE if you run into an unsatisfactory situation with this company report them to attorney general office. Enough complaints can warrant further action by the office. “Worst ever experience”

Terrible company! I ordered a dresser and weeks later was notified it was on back order after I contacted them. After months of waiting, I got the dresser. However, the actual color of the dresser was a dark wood, when the pictures of the dresser online are a light wood. I had to pay 100 dollars to have it shipped back. I'm now 500 dollars into this dresser and have yet to get any refund after 13 days that the return package has been signed for at the company. The customer service says I'm out a 20% restocking fee and the 100 I had to pay to have it shipped back. So I'm essentially waisting 180 for nothing. It's not my fault the website pictures do not reflect the actual product. Plus, I'm still waiting on a refund for the rest! I've contacted pessy at costumer services. She said yesterday that I would see the refund to my account shortly... Still no refund!

Buyer Beware! This company does bad business and has poor customer service. I contacted the company upon discovering they sent me an incomplete order and a broken babybay maxi cot ( co-sleeper) via ababy.com. For over a month they gave me the run around and passed me from representative to representative, and even the babybay maxi cot designer, with no real intentions of helping me to effectively address or resolve the issue. If you are interested in buying an item from this company, my recommendation is to save yourself a headache and buy a similar or same item from another company that sells the item. If you are brave enough to purchase from A Baby and they bs you with the run around, should you receive an incomplete or defective order. I recommend foregoing giving the company the courtesy of rectifying the issue and just dispute a claim with your credit card company to get your money back. If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. I am so frustrated and disgusted by their unethical practices and regret the day I spent $500+ with this business. Spend your money elsewhere! You will be glad you did! It should not take a month plus of saccharine sweet but insincere exchanges via phone and emails to fix an issue that is clearly the company's fault! “Pissed off MTB”

I order a Fire truck crib bedding for my baby boy back on 12/30/2015! During the purchase I was informed that my order would not ship until 2 to 3 weeks from the confirmed order date. Well needless to say it is 01/27/2016, 4 weeks since my purchase and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. It's coming from a warehouse in Texas. I am livid. I have been in touch with a baby.com customer service reps via email and phone since 01/07/2016. At first they reminded me that they had until the 3rd week to ship my product out. Well I just got off the phone with them and the rep told me it will ship out tomorrow sorry for the delay. Me response was that I called two days prior and the lady said the same exact thing. “I ordered an item in February 2014”

I ordered an item in February 2014. I paid via paypal and Ababy.com had the funds the next day. It is now mid-june 2014, almost 16 weeks later, and I have not received my order. Ababy.com does not have good customer service. They take forever to answer the phone and do not return calls as promised. They take days to respond to emails. In my case, they claim my item is a custom item that has been delayed due to a backlog with their "designer." However, the item is listed as available in 6-8 weeks. It's been 16 weeks. Moreover, the item I ordered is not even a custom item, its a standard item listed on their website that was not customized or personalized, its even available on other websites! Even if it were a custom item, it is unreasonable that it would take 16 weeks. Ababy.com has refused to give me a discount for these delays or even to have the "designer" expedite my order. Moreover, Ababy.com has twice told me that they will be shipping my order within a week and I never receive a shipment confirmation. The first time was in May 2014, then another 3 weeks went by until I received another email telling me that the order would ship by the end of that week. I guess they forgot they already told me that line before. After my dealings with them I went online and saw other reviews and complaints with the BBB that Ababy.com has done this exact same thing to other customers. Don't order from this store- they refused to give me a refund. I wish I never gave them my business or my money.
