Is 24option.com Legit?

This is such a scam!!! Once my mom has made her withdrawal deposit both her broker and customer service has stoped responding to her and the same thing happened with my sister. My mom has been trying to get in touch with customer service for a WEEK now to see what her next step is and no one responds and her broker is just ignoring her! So now I’m worried about paying my withdrawal fee because there is a very high change that I won’t hear back from anyone as well and loose all my money.

Backroom staff very efficient and helpful. However, my account manager was an utter disaster. He continually misread the market and made the wrong investments for me. He constantly nagged for me to put more money into the account, making up a new reason / prediction each time. He was always wrong.
