BUYERS BEWARE!!!This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched. I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded. I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. This company are offering antihistamines at incredibly low prices. Just about to order when l noticed that if the goods are not in stock they will.issue a refund to buy goods from their store. Wonderful service I received from this shop.

They were unable to fulfill my order and after I requested a refund they credited my account. I asked for it to be sent back to my credit card and they responded to my email at first then stopped. I then managed to speak to someone on WhatsApp who also sent me an email apologising and confirming the refund would be made. That was 4 weeks ago and they are again ignoring my messages and not answering my calls. 😡

I have contacted 1Outlets by email and phone on 7 different occasions. They state that the goods are no longer available and offer you a credit note for an alternative purchase. You are then informed that the alternative items are no longer available either. This cycle continues indefinitely. I resorted to raising a dispute with my credit card company and suggest that others do so too, particularly within the 120 day deadline. 1Outlets is a complete SCAM designed to take your money and not provide any goods. I ordered some deodorant products which were advertised at $73 NZ.On my credit card it came through as $93 NZ. When I queried, I was told it was due to exchange rates. This merchant is capable of sending many products from the Asia market worldwide. I'm satisfied with all their provided services and the delivery to me which was around 30 WD. one star down for the underestimated exchange rates from Singapore dollar to Euro and other currencies. In fact, according to the shop the goods price was estimated to be 12 Euro I paid 20 Euro.

This is a good way to fund your business - take customer's money and don't deliver any products. UPDATE: After I told them I'd be in touch with my bank, they contacted me to tell me they'd refunded my money. Upon checking my account, this turned out not to be the case. So if you get a call from them telling you they've refunded your money, don't take their word for it - go and check. Chances are, they're trying to hang on to your cash for longer. They take your payment, then apparently can't supply the goods, then promise a refund that never appears even after you receive numerous emails and even a personal phone call to tell you it has been issued. https://1outlets.com/ is a scam - they would take your money, say they do not have the product and then not return your money but keep on sending you messages all their mail looks really pro, don't be fooled by that!
