Is 10secondracing.com Legit?

I had a great experience from start to finish. Although there were some delays with my package shipping from the US to the UK—likely due to ongoing drone issues in the US—I stayed in touch and received quick responses.The item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I sought. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from 10 Second Racing again!Thank you very much!

Absolute scam. Placed an order in October 2023 with lead time 16 weeks. Paid full in advance by banking card as this was the only availaible payment method. In may 2024 (after 7 months from order) they had asked to wait more time. Canceled my order in August 2024, after almost 1 year, refused to send funds back by standart swift payment without any well known reason, just saying they cant. So I have forced to order some produts from them for just get my money back. Sent them new order items in august 2024. After new order - informed that UPS can't ship to my address as they cant find it(In November 2024). Asked for some proof of this communication or put in CC on email UPS agent -ignored. Replying only on emails 1 time per 1 week. Tried to call - nobody picking up phones, said on email later that i cant call to them from abroad. Order amount almost 10,000 USD and its more then 1 year passed I do not have my cash back and I do not receive any items. Have a proof of emails showing that they just not going to send anything or refund. Going to put a claim to Crime Investigation Centre in Jan 2025.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Pricing for the product I ordered was better than anywhere around. Highly recommend and will be making further purchases.

I ordered a damping controller for my 2023 Dodge charger. It’s currently being worked on thanks to 10 secondracing. The only ones that were able to get their hands on my damning controller.

Found 10 Second Racing when I was looking for brake pads for my Kia Stinger. They had a good range of solid options at prices you can only dream of here in the UK. They also have a lot of other tempting upgrades for my vehicle which makes them stand out from the rest. The website is informative and the ordering process was simple with regular updates on progress.Wouldn't hesitate in returning based on experience so far. Also note, they cover modifications for a vast range of manufacturers

i apologize for my previous review. The support team was good with communication as far as timing. However it still isn’t a good situation from the companies end. As a customer it’s probably not a good idea to have products listed on the site for purchase. If it wasn’t even available in the first place. Other then that the support team was very nice. I’ve said multiple times I’m not trying to be mean or rude. But at the same time from a customers side it was not good what this company did.

Excellent experience with this shop. Needed a piston and bearing set for a customers vehicle. Called five places who didn’t answer before getting this one. The rep was so helpful and even called the manufacturers tech line to confirm fitment. Received my package within two days! Telling everybody I know about you guys, thank you!

Scam. Ordered a pair of headlights for a vehicle, waited 2 weeks for what they said was a fitment confirmation from manufacture. Requested a refund as of a month later still have not received my money back!

Outstanding service by Dan and the engineer. I purchased an efi system through summit few months back. Just now installing and summit was absolutely useless with tech support. Dan and a tuning expert helped me calibrate the system to run perfectly. I guess I know where I'm going next time I need more parts

Awaiting to receive my product however the customer service and general shopping experience I received is excellent. Above and beyond part specialists who go out of their way to confirm fitment and even let you return product if it doesn’t fit. The best auto part store you can get your products from, even has a points system. Highly recommend you purchase your parts from 10 second racing if you want a 10 second car. Will update review when I receive product!
