What Does Your Name Mean?

How the scam works:

(with video below) This new Facebook scam has a trickle-down effect and entices users to install a rough application program. After clicking on the link 'What Does Your Name Mean' it's placed on your profile automatically.

What happens is the link shoots you to a Facebook page urging you to install an application and in doing so gives the app creator all of your basic information. If you continue you'll be asked to 'share' the link with friends and lastly you're asked to fill out a survey to see 'premium' content.

These scammers trick you into filling out surveys, often trying to extract personal banking and credit card information. Never divulge this information on-line unless you know exactly what you're doing!
